Amazing location. Perfect for relaxation. Can only see neighbours through binoculars, surrounded by vines and olive trees, what could be better. Good for families and friends to stay with all bedrooms having their own bathroom. Kitchen is large and well equipped enough to cook for many people.
This is a great villa. It’s very well located, whilst still feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere. The pool is excellent - gated, which was really important for us traveling with small children. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
Charming, spacious estate with unbelievable views! Our family used this beautiful property as our 'home base' to explore Provence. It had something to enjoy for all ages: pool, trampoline, petanque court, trails to walk, and many nearby wineries, markets, and small towns to explore. It was an unbelievable experience in a magical part of Europe. I highly recommend for families!
Quiet location, nice pool and all else working very well. We definitely want to come back. And also her champagnes was excellent. House very well equipped so the only complaint we have is the lack of time we had. Could easily have spend an additional week there.
I can really recommend this house. In beautiful surroundings of vineyards. A very nice Provençal house with many big areas for dining and hang around. Very well equipped kitchen. Pool area with sun protection and comfortable sun chairs. A perfect house for up to 8 persons.

The pool was not heated as it was broken and awaiting a new part apparently. It appears that they knew this prior to the point where we could have cancelled the villa and obtained a full refund, which we would have done. The reason the pool needs to be heated is that one of our daughters has Pulmonary Hypertension and it is essential that she stays warm. She was therefore unable to use the pool as much as she wanted to and could only go in the pool in the late afternoon once the sun had heated it up a bit. There is a permanent campsite around 50m behind the villa. The photos of the pool on the website do not show how dirty the pool is it is around the top, above the level of the water. It is very green/black and doesn't look like it has been cleaned for a very long time. The bottom of the pool was constantly dirty too, so I suspect the pool filter system is not working correctly. In addition to this, the photos do not show the wall around 1m from the end of the pool. This is not safe for children at all, but there is no mention of this, or photos that show this on the website. One of my daughters fell on it and cut her hip. The sun loungers are very tired, dirty and torn in places. The building also looks unsafe in one particular section, where it is heavily cracked in places. This looks like subsidence. The final item to mention is the building was infested with roof rats No action was taken to resolve the issue whilst we were there.

I am sorry that you are so unhappy with our villa. In the 10 years that we have been renting, we have only had praise for our safe Haven.
Our neighbor who lives in a modest home on his family land is, however, very kind and monitors our property in the same way as our other neighbors. It’s reassuring to have neighbors like that. His home is more of a caravan, but it is not visible from the land you are renting. Which is well demonstrated in your photo.
For the cracks in the shed adjoining the house, they are the result of 4 very hot and dry summers in the south of France with problems of lack of water. It’s the shed that’s sagging, not the house. This shed is private, locked, and therefore safe.
"Regarding the roof infested with black rats": the house is built with a concrete frame and has no under roof. So no animals can enter. I have the land checked by an expert every 2 years. This one sets traps and he has never caught anything. Yesterday you told me about rats poo. The excrement that you photographed comes from small lizards from Provence. They are clean and very useful because they eat insects.
The photos you show me prove that there was wind which brought dust into the pool. The heat pump cannot cope with the wind. This pump is used to heat the pool in May and June and to extend it in September. We are stopping it in July and August because it is too hot and the pool could develop baterias. It is cleaned every Friday by a certified company. I see from your photos that the flotation level mark is soiled by your predecessors' sun creams. It must have been hot with lots of sunshine this summer. We repaint this every year in winter. The wall you are talking about is flush with the water and is very easy to see. I am sorry for the accident of your partially sighted daughter.
Some chairs seem damaged, you teach me. We have a number of 10. I will take stock this winter, like every year, of the equipment to be changed.
Once again, I am disappointed that our country house did not bring you satisfaction. We like this house, and expect to retire there in few years.
I would have liked to know before your stay about your wishes and your family problems, you never told me anything about that. (Except after your stay for asking a total refund.)
The lesson I will learn is to have more direct contact with my future tenants before their stay to make sure if the house will give satifaction.

Schnelle Antworten, freundlich, professionell. Wir werden alles in bester Erinnerung behalten. Ganz herzlichen Dank!
