Renovated villa of 160 m², single storey on flat land of 3,045 m² planted with old olive trees, pines, oaks ... Living room-dining room American kitchen 75 m2. 4 bedrooms, including 2 well separated spaces. A large bedroom with 160 cm double bed + a bedroom separated by an airlock, with 2 90 cm beds (possibility of combining them into 1 180 cm bed), a WC and a private sink, and a exterior exit. A bathroom and a separate toilet for the 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, one of which is 160 cm wide. A marble bathroom (bath + shower + wc) for the 2 bedrooms. Fans, 3 flat screens including LED 140 HD / 3D (living room), LCD 102 cm FULL HD (in bedrooms 2 and 3), satellite reception, TNT, Radio. Internet access, ADSL, Wifi. 2 covered terraces. Very pretty views. Private and heated L-shaped swimming pool (11 X 5) + (4 X 3), treated with salt for your comfort and secured with a barrier to AFNOR standards. The swimming pool is heated from April to October depending on the water temperature.

A deposit of 1,500.00 euros will be requested upon arrival.

Half term break and sun

A lovely stay in a wonderful, family friendly house. The house has everything you need including toys and books for children. The pool is wonderful and chlorine free - perfect for grown ups and little ones to learn to splash about in. Mireille was extremely responsive and very helpful when flight/car hire problems meant we arrived late at night. Bargemon is a quintessential Provençal town with good food, bakery, small supermarket- we didn’t need to go anywhere else. We didn’t have any trouble finding local things to do with small children. Highly recommend the area and this house - a perfect family break with masses of room.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. La cuisine est très très bien équipée ce qui est fort agréable ! La piscine et l’extérieur sont un vrai plus dont on a beaucoup profité !! Lieu très calme, le centre ville de Bargemon idéal pour boire un verre ou manger. Les activités autour sont très variés, un endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances :)

Vacances ressourçantes

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Lézardière. La villa est idéale pour les enfants avec une grande piscine bien située et chauffée et de nombreuses activités pour que chacun y trouve son compte (ping-pong, terrain pétanque et jardin assez grand pour des parties de Badminton) Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse couverte où nous pouvions manger et faire de longues soirée jeux. L’intérieur est assez spacieux pour nous accueillir à 7 quand la pluie s’est invitée lors du séjour. Enfin, gros point positif pour la qualité de l’électroménager de la cuisine et la cuisine extérieure.

Un logement de rêve

C'était un moment merveilleux ! Le logement était fantastique, très propre, spacieux et proposait de nombreuses activités de loisirs (ping-pong, baby-foot, pétanque, etc.) ! L'arrivée et le départ ont été faciles et très sympathiques !

Nice villa to enjoy your holiday

Everything is present for fun activities like table tennis, jeu de boulle, table footbal and kids playground. Spacious house and garden. Great swimming pool. Some small upgrades would make it excellent.

Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé 3 délicieuses semaines dans ce petit paradis. La maison est impeccable, d'une propreté exemplaire, moderne. On s'y sent bien. La piscine immense chauffée est un vrai régal même quand les jours sont nuageux. Le jardin et sa terrasse sont un vrai havre de paix et très bien entretenus. La cuisine d'été est un véritable plus. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et à l'écoute. En résumé c'est pour nous une des plus belles maisons que nous ayons louée depuis 20 ans. N'hésitez pas c'est "Top". Nous pensons fortement y revenir.

Vacances au Top

Un super séjour entre amis qui nous laissera de beaux souvenirs. La région est magnifique, la maison spacieuse et très agréable. Nous avions tout à porter de mains pour y passer de très bonnes vacances, entre pétanque, Ping Pong, piscine, apéro.... Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis par Nathalie. A très bientôt.

Une maison de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine à 7 personnes dans cette magnifique villa. Nous avons été conquis à tous les niveaux : excellente communication avec la propriétaire (très réactive), très sympathique accueil, villa belle, spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée, correspondant parfaitement aux descriptions. Le terrain est vaste, la piscine magnifique, très grande et parfaitement propre. Beaucoup de petits “plus”: parasols beaux et pratiques, chaises longues de luxe et en nombre, bonne table de ping pong, coin grillades et four à pizza très appréciables! L’endroit est très calme, bercé par le chant des cigales. Quant au village de Bargemon, il est pittoresque à souhait. C’est simple, nous n’avons relevé aucun point négatif! Je recommande vivement tout vacancier intéressé! Merci encore pour cette belle location

Villa pleine de charme

Demeure magnifique ! Dans cette maison tout est grand , le Salon, le jardin, la terrasse mais surtout la magnifique piscine ! La cuisine est très bien équipée , Les chambres sont coquettes et douillettes , les salles de bains sont très jolies, le Salon est immense et très clair grâce à ses baies vitrées qui donnent sur un beau jardin arboré. Le Wifi mais aussi le réseau téléphonique mobile fonctionnent bien dans toute la villa ainsi qu'au bord de la piscine. Côté propreté , c était impeccable ! Tout était parfait ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa à la fois élégante et confortable ! Pour notre part , nous y reviendrons ! ,

2 semaines de bonheur...

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances quasiment parfaites dans cette belle maison. Tout y est pour se mettre rapidement à l'aise, la maison est spacieuse et bien pensée. D'une propreté exemplaire, certaines chambres ont un caractère très attachant. Le grand jardin offre de la discrétion, et la possibilité de emmener le chien en vacances :-) Piscine superbe, jeux de boules,... Bien situé dans cette belle région, entre la foule de la Cote d'Azur et le calme de la montagne. Vive les vacances!!!

Beautiful Villa

We stayed here for two weeks at the start of July and all had a fantastic time. We visited lots of the places recommended by the owner and had some great days out. The villa was lovely and in a peaceful setting, it worked perfectly for us as an extended family, there were three children in the group aged from 13 months to 8 years old. The gardens are very secure so it was perfect for them to run around safely. The pool was immaculately kept and a very good size. Bargemon is a very picturesque little village but with everything we needed, we ate at quite a few of the restaurants and all were very good. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and would more than happily return in the future.

MAISON SPACIEUSE, TERRASSE ET PISCINE SUPERBES

Deux semaines superbes dans cette villa d'une propreté remarquable; la piscine est entretenue 2 fois par semaine avec discrétion. La maison est fidèle aux photos, aucune mauvaise surprise. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux pour nous faire visiter la maison. Ici, tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances avec un climat exceptionnel.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé 15 jours très sympathiques dans cette belle villa sur les hauteurs du var. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine sécurisée pour nos enfants en bas âge. Le village de bargemon est charmant nous avons aimé nous y promener et y faire le marché. Je recommande vivement cette location, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour les locataires et la villa est jolie et très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle ! Parfait pour 2 couples et 4 enfants !!

Une charmante villa tout près de si beaux endroits

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à la villa à Bargemon. Cette belle villa, toute ensoleillée, nous a offert de très beaux moments en famille. Spacieuse, aménagée avec goût, dotée d'une magnifique piscine très rafraîchissante, elle se trouve à proximité du village (3 km). Les soirées s'y sont avérées très agréables, l'apéro se prenant sur une belle terrasse avec la lumière du soleil couchant sur les collines avoisinantes. La région immédiate est très magnifique. Près de beaux vignobles et touchant les premiers sommets d'importance, on se rend facilement au Verdon ou à la mer, ce qui permet de varier aisément les activités. Le village avoisinant est superbe, très typique avec ses fontaines et ses terrasses en son centre. Nous recommandons chaudement cette villa.

cigales et fourmis

Bonjour,cette location était trés agréable ,assez bien isolé du voisinage et la taille de la piscine est vraiment remarquable.Le seul petit bémol concernant cette dernière est que nous avons rencontré quelques petits problèmes de filtrations pendant notre séjour mais cela est réglé depuis.La région est vraiment trés jolis et les gens sont très courtois et accueillant.Maison toute neuve,trés belle terrasse enfin vivement l'été prochain .....
