This coastal condo is decorated in soft boho beige colors and is on the ground floor level, thus no elevator hassle. Enjoy our spacious and clean property with fully equipped amenities including free Wi-Fi access, brand new flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. A full size kitchen with plenty of utensils and dinette area. Both bathrooms have showers. Numerous towels and linens are at your disposition, as well as in the condo full size front load washer and dryer. The lanai is equipped with a good size table and chairs. This property has an outdoor heated pool and tennis court. Please note that there is a free covered parking.

Great location for kayaking from Caxambas Park to the islands for shelling and Isles of Capris to go through the mangroves. We had 3 vehicles with kayaks and paddle boards and had no problem with parking in the one assigned spot plus many available guest parking spaces. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and just as described. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to watch the sunsets. And we walked up the street to the local (BUSY!) Ice Cream Parlor. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery, and cups/glasses. And we had plenty of pool and bath towels. As with all vacation homes, paper goods and soaps are limited, but Publix was an easy drive for anything we needed. Note if you go during summer months, it is HOT here, and the swimming pool is open-air (umbrella tables on the deck); meaning, the water is quite warm.

The pool was great. It is a good size, good depth, easy in and out, and has a lovely set of chairs and tables, shower and bathrooms. Other guests are usually up for just the right amount of conversing and letting you be on your own. I wish there was a better/easier grilling outdoors option, and I would have loved a fishing poll, and a couple inexpensive tennis rackets as bringing those items on a plane is not easy. Kitchen was lovely, well stocked and neat and clean. I would have liked a few more plastic cups, but grabbing a sleeve at the grocery store did the trick. Furnishings, towels, patio, and decor were lovely with noticeable upgrades. Bathrooms were not the most up to date but were lovely.

Beautiful place

This was the perfect stay. The condo is so nice, everything is clean and beautiful. Was literally a three minute walk to the beach. Nice beach things left in the closet to use. We had a great time and hope to come back again.

This property has been a location where my family and I have vacationed for many years. It has been recently passed on to us and now have decided to share this immaculate space with others to experience wonderful moments in beautiful Marco island.

The unique benefit of this property is that it is in great condition and is decorated in neutral colours. This condo has brand new flat screen television sets, a new dishwasher and new frontal washer and dryer, which is convenient.
