The accomodation was not like the pictures. The walls were damaged and the funiture were not in a good condition. We had to wait outside of the building for 30 minutes and the stairwell was in a bad condition as well

We arrived at the apartment later than planned because of train issues, which the host was aware of. Despite this, we received no information about how to check in or even where the apartment was located (floor and apartment number). The host is completely unreachable after 9 pm, no matter what. If something happens, you are on your own.The apartment itself is a disaster. One of the windows doesn’t close properly, and the bathroom lighting is almost nonexistent, so you basically have to shower in the dark. The kitchen stove doesn’t work, leaving only two small electric hot plates put there as a replacement . There was one glass, three forks, and one pan for the entire apartment. There is a dishwasher, but no racks for it! And the list goes on.The location is good and the apartment is relatively cheap, but the description and pictures are extremely misleading. I would not recommend this place and will definitely stay somewhere else if I ever go back to Antwerp.

The staff were very friendly once we finally got hold of someone. However, the first surprise was that there wasn't free parking as advertised ("The marketing team sometimes makes mistakes. Haha"). We weren't too amused, as that was an important factor for us. At least there was an elevator to the apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment itself wasn't quite as nice in reality as it looked in the photos. The only stove was a rather dingy two-burner cooktop. Squashed mosquitoes were hanging all over the walls and ceilings. The sink in front of the shower barely drained and was dripping underneath. The marketing team was clearly very creative with the sleeping arrangements, as the two sofa beds (120 x 175 cm) weren't really suitable for two adults each. At least they were more comfortable than they looked. So, it was okay for sleeping and really right in the city center, but don't expect too much.

Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but my experience turned out to be fantastic! Our room was just perfect—clean, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view of the city, The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a large fridge and even a dishwasher! I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the key pickup was

Op de foto zag het er redelijk uit. Eenvoudig maar oke. Werkelijkhei was anders. Kreeg echt het gevoel dat het gewoon om het geld gaat en niet om de beleving van de klant. Vaatwasser kapot kranen lek afvoerputje verstopt inductiekookplaat kapot vervangen door kooplkpitje. Lampen kapot. Geen enkel moeite gedaan om het te repareren . Kunt zien dat ze het gewoon zo laten zoals het is . Dekbed bij elkaar geraapspul . En het zogezegde slaapplaats voor 7 personen is 1 bet 2c slaapbank je en een los matras. Ik snap niet dat de er nog 3 luchtbedden bij leggen dan kunnen ze een 10 persoons kamer aan bieden.oh ja wat er wel prima uitzag waren de plastic kamerplanten. (Zelfs beter dan op de foto.) En het was er redelijk schoon maar dan heb je het ook gehad met mijn positieve ervaring.

Toen we de slaapbanken uitklapten, waren ze niet helemaal schoon en vonden we wat kruimels, De badkamer had geen deur, wat de privacy iets minder maakte, maar dat was vooraf te zien bij het boeken, De locatie is perfect, vlakbij het centraal station en tegenover de accommodatie zijn tram- en bushaltes te vinden, Het uitzicht op de stad was prachtig, Ideaal voor een kort verblijf!
