The ground floor features a bright open living area with a television, a seating nook, and a double sofa bed, alongside a functional kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. A convenient ground-floor bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The first floor houses two private bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Glass doors from the main living space open out onto a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the shared property grounds.

Guests enjoy access to a range of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared heated outdoor swimming pool open from April through October, a fitness equipment area, a table tennis table, and on-site parking. A paid sauna facility is also available for ultimate relaxation.
