Fantastic apartment well situated for the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. The garden is well screened from the hotel and other apartments with great views of the beach. Would be great for children too with shallow sea and rockpools to explore.

Amazing view both over and under water

A few meters from the beach, a host that really cares (thanks Marie!), shopping at 400m, we didn’t move our car for a week. Snorkelling is great to! I would definitely come back!

Genau so, wie beschrieben. EingezĂ€untes GelĂ€nde mit kleinem Zugang direkt an die Promenade, den Strand. Ein mega Ausblick aufs Meer. Man kommte sowohl Sonnenaufgang wie Sonnenaufgang genießen. Das Haus liegt optimal, alles ist in der NĂ€he, Restaurants, BĂ€cker, kleine GeschĂ€fte und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch im Haus, alles sauber, alles so wie beschrieben. Wir hatten wunderbar erholsame Ferien. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin ihr Haus zur VerfĂŒgung zu stellen.

Vue exceptionnelle

C’est la deuxiĂšme fois que nous y venons en famille et c’est toujours aussi agrĂ©able. Nous apprĂ©cions particuliĂšrement la terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et le fort Brescou. L’accueil est au top et toujours aux petits soins.

Lage wunderschön - trotzdem zu teuer

Die Lage ist wunderschön; das kleine Reihenendhaus ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Von FahrrĂ€dern und einem Grill (wie auf dem Fotos gut erkennbar) keine Spur. Vom Niveau ist die Immobilen ein klein wenig besser, als ein Mobilhome. Unseres Erachtens ist der Mietpreis vil zu teuer, fĂŒr das was man dafĂŒr geboten bekommt.

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand

Nettes kleines Haus (fast) direkt am Strand, schöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, wenn auch zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat aber auf das Gesamterlebnis keine Auswirkungen gehabt. Marie ist sehr nett und extrem hilfsbereit, die Abwicklung war problemlos und sehr angenehm. Vielleicht wichtig fĂŒr einige: es gibt auf dem eingezĂ€unten GelĂ€nde, auf dem sich noch vier andere HĂ€user befinden, einen (netten) Hund, der ab und zu vorbeischaut.

Appartement et emplacement au top. TrÚs bien équipé et trÚs propre. Proximité de la plage et des commerces ( pas besoin de voiture tout peut se faire à pied ) Residence trÚs calme. A découvrir absolument.

Corona Urlaub direkt am Strand mit herrlichem Wasser

Das kleine, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete HÀuschen besticht mit der einmaligen Luxus-Lage und privatem Zugang zum sensationellen Sandstrand. Das Meer hat glasklares Wasser und das Klima ist herrlich. Die Versorgung war trotz Corona-Zeit jederzeit möglich.

Un emplacement de rĂȘve face Ă  la mer ! Les photos paraissaient dĂ©jĂ  offrir une situation gĂ©ographique d'exception mais sont encore en dessous de la rĂ©alitĂ© ! La villa surplombe la plage de Rochelongue et permet un accĂšs direct sur le sable. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© reçus par une propriĂ©taire trĂšs sympa et lui avons promis de revenir l'an prochain.

Magnifique ! 30 août au 6 septembre 2014

TrÚs belle petite villa, agréable, reposante avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, trÚs bien aménagée. Idéalement située car au bord de la plage avec un accÚs privé, trÚs pratique quand on a des enfants qui ont d'ailleurs adoré. TrÚs bien équipée, avec goût. Internet et parking privé dans la propriété furent un plus pour la tranquillité de toute la famille. Je recommande à tous!! A bientÎt.

Nous avons passĂ©s un sĂ©jour formidable, les pieds dans l’eau !! L’accĂšs privĂ© et direct Ă  la plage facilite la vie de famille, les enfants ont adorĂ©. Se lever, dĂ©jeuner, se reposer, dĂźner en admirant cette vue magnifique sur la grande bleue, un vrai bonheur. AmĂ©nagement raffinĂ© de la villa, sĂ©jour trĂšs dĂ©paysant. Pouvoir dĂ©jeuner tous les jours sur une terrasse ensoleillĂ©e face Ă  la beautĂ© naturelle de la mer reste un rĂ©el privilĂšge. Nous fĂ»mes enchantĂ©s, la description de l’annonce correspond exactement au bien : une petite villa dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, dont la terrasse donne directement sur la plage, vue paradisiaque ! Les environs sont calmes et l’emplacement exceptionnel. Lieu propice Ă  la dĂ©tente et parfait pour se ressourcer !

Wir verbrachten schon den zweiten Urlaub in Folge in diesem wunderhĂŒbschen Apartement direkt am Strand von Rochelongue. Die LokalitĂ€t hat alles zu bieten, was es fĂŒr einen entspannten und erhohlsamen Urlaub braucht. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Privacy und wunderschönem Meeresblick. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Location idĂ©ale pour nous ! Villa trĂšs bien situĂ©e , les pieds dans l'eau , un calme absolu et un joli clair de lune pour accompagner vos repas du soir :) Le tout dĂ©corĂ© avec bon goĂ»t et ultra moderne . Idéal pour les enfants..et les parents ! A deux pas de lŽeau , sans route , sans voiture ,ils furent autonomes et nous tranquille.Villa trÚs confortable , aménagement raffiné. Nous recommandons cette location aux familles....comme au couples romantiques !

que du bonheur !

trÚs agréable villa avec vue magnifique sur la mer aménagée avec beaucoup de gout. L'accÚs privé direct à la plage incite au jogging matinal et évite les "grandes expéditions" journées plage, chargées de sacs. je recommande vivement cette adresse.
