The Penthouse is compromised of a open living/dining area, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a front terrace ideal for the Sundowners or early coffee outside. The open living room/dining room at the front with views over Table Bay, the stadium and in the distance Robben Island and the harbour area, with outside dining table with a gas braai.

The Penthouse is on 1 level. There are 2 bedrooms both ensuite in the front with views from the windows of Table Bay. There is a 3rd bedroom with private bathroom at the back with views of Signal Hill.
There is secure garage parking for 2 cars in the complex

We are both Dutch but are from respectively St. Petersburg, Russia and Hawaii, USA immigrated 37 yrs ago to Amsterdam where we were in Hospitality for 25 years with Maes and Heren B&B's. Although we decided to move in 2018 to Cape Town to enjoy the great weather, country, food, wine and nice people. We bought Maes Atlantic Villa back then to rent out. We have consequently demolished the old building and transformed it into a luxury 15 apartment complex called Alto Livello. We have kept a penthouse and duplex for ourselves to rent out. We just enjoy hosting guests from around the world.

Why they chose this property

Green Point, is a great location within easy walk, drive or bus to all main parts of Cape Town. It has a great view of the Atlantic Seaboard and Green Point. All the amenities you need are within an easy walk or drive from the apartment complex. We have a great view from our penthouse over Table Bay and the stadium and a view of Signal hill from our Duplex

What makes this property unique

Each apt is fully furnished with all you could need for a holiday rental. All bedrooms are comfortably fitted out and each has its own bathroom. The views are exceptional. The penthouse has a great balcony-terrace overlooking Table bay and Robben Island and a gas Braai( BBQ). The duplex has a large outside terrace where you have a gas Braai(BBQ)
