6 on Ellis is a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroom home in the heart of Sea Point.

The house is nestled between Beach road and Main road, and the beach and promenade are a mere 5 min walk away, and you will be spoilt for choice with the numerous restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the house.

For those who prefer to stay in, relax in the pool or chill on one of the over sized couches while Netflixing or reading.
Other destinations within an 8km radius include: Waterfront, Robben Island, Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), Camps Bay, Table mountain, Lions Head, Signal hill & Kloof nek.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc.

We have uncapped wifi :-)

There is a back garden, with a BBQ, and seating area. House has secure parking on the premises.

The home has also recently been fitted with an inverter and battery, so loadshedding will not be an issue.
