It really is a thatched-roof dream! We rented both...

It really is a thatched-roof dream! We rented both apartments together and were thrilled by all the space, the huge park-like garden, and the calming, stylish, and minimalist decor—it was the perfect place to truly unwind. The house is idyllically situated among many trees on a quiet street next to a cow pasture, and storks visit in the evenings. It doesn’t get much more relaxing than this.

Our extended family spent a week staying in this incredibly beautiful thatched-roof house, and at first glance we couldn’t believe just how spacious and lovingly designed our vacation paradise was. The garden is like a park—we were speechless as we toured it—and the house is one big surprise: every room, every detail has been chosen with such good taste, while preserving its old-world charm. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful, and the house’s location is perfect: surrounded by nature on all sides, yet just a 5-minute drive from Friedrichstadt!
