This was our one of the best vacation we had so far. Great Communication from host, Excellent amenities, We are from MD but didn’t knew a place could exists from this close by. We would love to come back again for more night this time and hopefully we will be able to have time for fishing, boating as well. Thankyou Sam and Jody for your exceptional hospitality!

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. It was so peaceful & the morning sunrises were so beautiful. That pier with our morning coffee was so relaxing. The house was clean, beds were so comfy & our dogs loved the fenced yard to run with no worries. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need to cook a great meal, We enjoyed the paddle boat & basement games so much. We wish we had one more week here because it really is a fantastic rental. Thank you for a great stay!!

The property was absolutely perfect. Close enough to go day tripping all over the Outer Banks but far enough away to never know it. Peaceful is the best word for this house. The lapping of waves from the Sound was our soundtrack throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing escape

I took my kids for a quick getaway to enjoy the outdoors and spend some quality time together. House was great, location was perfect and in a quiet area and there were lots of things to do with all of the games and amenities. We would definitely return!

Coinjock on the Currituck

We wanted to stay near the outer banks without staying at the beach. This sound side house was perfect. We fished on the pier the whole trip and made day trips to outer banks. Local dining was outstanding! Everything was great!

Great Getaway

Very nice property well cared for by the owners. Great for the entire family. Just spent an enjoyable week. Especially loved the porch facing the water. And beautiful sunrises, very worth getting up early to see. Great neighbors too that gave us some perch which was a wonderful dinner one night. Would definitely stay here again!
