Our family group of five greatly appreciated and enjoyed our one-night stay as we blew through Custer on our way from ND to NE. Great location (Custer State Park very close by), well-furnished, and very comfortable house, with rustic charm in abundance. And many thanks to Crystal - timely and easy communication before arrival and gracious permission to leave two of our three vehicles at the property for a while after check-out while we took a hike in Custer SP. We arrived exhausted from a previous week of travel and left refreshed ahead of a few more days on the road.

We had a group of 7 and the space was perfect. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed a lot of patio time in between sight seeing. The house is close to several good places to eat. We enjoyed The Wolf and Mount Rushmore Brewery.

Our communication with Crystal was fantastic all through the booking, check-in and during our stay. We used the property during my son’s wedding and had 3 generations at the home. Two bedrooms on the main floor plus all the room on the second level made our stay so easy! Appreciated the iron, as well as games tucked away in the pantry/laundry room. Easy access to groceries and downtown. Highly recommend!

The location was great for a short walk into town and to a hiking trail. The house was large and had plenty of space and rooms to choose from for our party of 6. It was clean and comfortable, and was easy to communicate with host. It was the best spot for our family to stay during a mini family reunion and graduation weekend.

This was a very comfy winter retreat for our family and friends. Seeing the Black Hills in the winter does not disappoint, and the cabin was perfect for our entire stay! The host is very welcoming and we are thankful for this rental!

Good Location for holiday
