Unit 48- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Partial south views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32” flat screen TV with dtv streaming service. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use with a 55" flat screen TV with dtv streaming service for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout. It is beautifully furnished with a screened in patio and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

On the beach in the tower

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on the beautiful Siesta Key beach. The condo was more than adequate with a great view of the beach. My only concerns were no easy access to restrooms and no options for food or drink at or near the beach or pool.

A view to the south along the Gulf beach was just beautiful. Pool on the intercoastal was delightful. This time of year is a great time to visit. My wife and I couldn't be more oleased with our stay at the Palm Bay Club.

I stayed in the tower on the beach. I thoroughly enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean. The tower sits right on the beach. A couple min walk to access the free trolley. I will be back

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable ( a king bed would be great) there was some construction being done, and one of the elevators in the tower was not working. Unit 48 is beautiful. Nice floors, granite counters, & looks recently renovated. Furniture is a little dated,but beds comfortable. Only thing missing is room darkening shades. Great view!
