Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom villa under new ownership! Our home boasts spectacular ocean views from 2 elevated decks and a heavenly shaded ocean breeze on the ground level porch overlooking the lagoon. We are located just a short walk to the nearest beach access across the street and away from the noise of the BHI club hustle and bustle. The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin sofa bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Every room has a TV with a Roku and recently upgraded golf carts, with refurbished 4- passenger cart and a 2021 6- passenger cart. The home also has an ice maker.

Best time in this lovely home with great ocean views on the decks and very well stocked with just about everything you need for a fun time at the beach. Easy walk to the beach and having 2 golf carts to use was great for the boys to go fishing and the girls to go to the spa. Highly recommend for a getaway on a beautiful island.

We came for a long weekend to spend time with family. The home was nicely situated close to the marina and with good ocean views. It was great to have 2 golf carts at our disposal, as well as the beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well equipped also. We were very happy with the home.

Wonderful getaway to BHI staying at Doctor’s Orders. House was clean, cozy and had everything we needed plus more!! Pictures and description were accurate. One block to beach and two blocks to Clubhouse! Plenty of living space. The rental unit included several bikes and two golf carts to allow one to explore the island. Views were great. Had a blast!

Villa #14 was great!

The comfortable, cozy villa with cheerful decor was clean and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. We loved staying here in #14! The views are beautiful and access to the beach was easy. We had fun exploring the island in the golf cart, learning the history and even climbing Old Baldy. The food at Delphina's was great as well as the Mojo's takeout we picked up. But most of all we loved the location and picturesque setting of Villa#14. Perfect!

We had a great time at Doctors Orders! Location, amenities etc! When we reported a cracked toilet seat in the master, the on-site maintenance crew came out to fix ASAP! My only recommendation would be some light updates/improvements and painting to freshen the property.

House was as described. There were minor issues but the rental company was extremely responsive. I would rent from them again without question. Love that they let us arrive early and use the golf cart without going in the house.

Everything was great and everything was supplied. Only suggestion is that the downstairs bedroom televisions didn’t work. Instructions should be beside each one
