The hot water is super hard to control. Hot water runs only for a few minutes then it's cold water for a few minutes until hot water returns. Because of that, I see potential problem for renting during cold months. Other than that, the listing is accurate, the studio is clean and perfectly located in city center, contacting the host is easy via Whatsapp and response was reasonably fast.
