AND TWO (2) ONE BEDROOM/1 BATH SEPARATE CASITAS (THE LOWER CASITA HAS A 2ND BEDROOM/BATH BELOW IT WHICH CAN BE RENTED ALONG WITH THE LOWER CASITA OR SEPARATELY). "EACH CASITA" RENTS FOR $250 A NIGHT REGULAR SEASON AND $275 A NIGHT FOR HOLIDAY SEASON AND THE LOWER CASITA WITH THE 2ND BEDROOM/BATH RENTS FOR $300 A NIGHT REGULAR SEASON AND $300 A NIGHT FOR HOLIDAY SEASON..

Location in La Ventana:
*Beachfront with a virtually private beach and safe launch site for kiters and windsurfers.
*Located in the best area of La Ventana away from the crowded kite beaches, conveniently near the El Teso Plaza.
*One of the best features of this location over all others in La Ventana is that we are a very short walk to the only market in this area and the best coffee shop in town, as well as a great local restaurant.

Property details:
The Main House:
*The Main House is a luxurious home with 2 Master Bedrooms with Ensuite baths. The larger Master Bedroom has a magnificent view looking out over the Sea of Cortez and a nice patio.
*The Kitchen is extremely large and efficient with a gas range, double ovens, a refrigerator, a wine refrigerator and an ice maker. There is an island with a counter top and stools. The kitchen is light and airy with great windows that overlooks the pool..
*The Living Room area is semi circular and large with several comfortable couches and a TV viewing area with beautiful views out of every window.
*The Dining Room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a dramatic natural wood table that seats 8 persons comfortably.
*There is a Roof Top Deck Area on the main house the affords a spectacular 360 degree view and is a great spot to watch the Baja Sunsets.

The Casitas:
There are 2 One Bedroom Casitas on the property each with their own kitchen and bathroom.
The Upper Casita:
*The Upper Casita is in a private, detached building with the Casita on the upper floor which affords a beautiful view of the whole property and Sea of Cortez beyond.
*The Upper Casita has a raised bedroom area with a King Size Bed, an ensuite bath and floor to ceiling windows for great natural lighting. There is a nice kitchen and sitting area as well as a small patio deck. The Casita has air-conditioning and ceiling fans and a TV.

The Lower Casita:
*The Lower Casita is attached to the Beach Palapa which has one of the most spectacular settings in all of La Ventana. The Lower Casita has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath, a nice kitchen and seating area. The Casita has air conditioning and ceiling fans and a TV.

Outdoor Living Areas:
*Pool with deck chairs.
*The Palapa: This is our favorite place on the whole property. The Palapa is very large, projects out from the coast line and looks out over the water and the beach and the entire coastline. It's the perfect spot to watch the Sunrise, enjoy a Margarita after a great day on the water, or relax in one of the hammocks on a magical Baja evening. The Palapa is large enough to entertain or enjoy wonderful outdoor dining. There is a bar with running water in the Palapa. Don't get too comfortable there or you'll never want to leave.
*The Lower Casita Roof Top Deck: There is a Sun Deck on top of the Lower Casita with cushioned seating around the perimeter and wind protection if you just want to lay out, tan or get warm in the Baja Sunshine.
*Natural area adjacent to Palapa. There is an unfinished area next to the Palapa and adjoining the stairs down to the beach. There is a wood swing to enjoy sitting back and watching the ocean and the sandy area is an ideal spot for drying out kites and sails.
*There is an outdoor bathroom with an outdoor shower adjacent to the Pool.

Other Property Amenities:
*The Main House and Both Casitas are fully air conditioned, but you'll probably find from December through April that having the windows open and using the ceiling fans is even more comfortable and you'll get to enjoy the sounds of the rolling waves on the ocean in every room.
*Wifi is available in the Main House and in Both Casitas
*There are TV's in the Main House and Both Casitas

Rental Options:
The property can be rented in its entirety or just the main house or just one of both of the Casitas depending on availability.
