Spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a great view of the Gulf from your own private balcony or from your living room. This beach get away is decorated in warm tropical decor. The bedroom has a very comfy king size bed and adjoining master bath. If you need more room for sleeping we have a daybed and a queen sleeper sofa with nearby bathroom. This condo is furnished with all the comforts of home and fully equipped to make your beach get away perfect. There is a laundry room with washer / dryer that includes a great area to store all your beach items during your stay.

The condo looked just as beautiful in person as it did in the pictures. It is modern and updated but still has a cozy home feeling. The owners made the check in process super easy. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sunset. We have stayed at the Mariner West many times over the years and this is one of the best. We’re already planning to stay here on our next trip.

Great trip

We had a wonderful stay at PCB. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo was nice and clean. We had everything we needed (except an automatic coffee maker but a quick trip to Wal-Mart solved that—there was a Keurig available but we prefer a pot.) We beat the crowds and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Mariner west 303

This is the second year our family has stayed in this room and we loved it just as much as we did last year. This condo feels like home away from home with plenty of space for our family of 4. Always clean and well stocked with everything you need. We love that the laundry room is across the way with extra space for all beach accessories so that the room isn’t crowded with everything. The weather was a bit crappy this year but all in all our visit was amazing.

This condo had everything you could ask for. It is so much better than the high rises. The parking and check in were very easy. The property owner was very nice and easy to deal with. The condo itself was cute, cozy, clean and the views were amazing. It was like your home but it was sitting right on the beach. Everything was beautifully decorated too. The grounds were well kept and nice also. I can’t say enough about this condo. I will be back.

Really nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, and updated so nice. Condo is way down thomas dr and beach was quite and not over crowded. Justin was quick to reply. We will return next year.
