Welcome to a place you may never want to leave! This unit is new to the rental market, so choose your dates and come stay in this sweet little condo. From the moment you walk in the front door, you will enjoy the gulf views. The beautiful patio overlooking the sugar white sands and the blue water of the gulf. Inside you'll enjoy the plush sectional couch and oversized swivel chair while watching the 46' flat screen TV. This lovely condo is perfect for 2 or can sleep 4 with the fold down Murphy bed. So park your car right out front, walk a few steps and unload. Then get started on a wonderful vacation!

The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. It is well furnished for cooking and eating. There is a small bar and bar stools. There is a wonderful 50' 5K smart flat-screen television in the living room you can use your Netflix or Amazon accounts and a 32' flat screen in the bedroom. The bathroom has been beautifully updated with a large shower and new vanity. It has a washer/dryer, ironing board w/iron, hair dryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, icemaker, and some other neat surprises.


The Nautical Watch complex is a very well maintained, complex with a heated pool area that is beautiful. Beside the pool area are grills, so you can grill your lunch or dinner while you enjoy the pool. Nautical Watch is wonderfully situated on Thomas Drive, a favorite of the locals. It is quiet yet offers easy access to whatever beach experience you wish to have. St. Andrews State Park is just to the east while Pier Park is not too far to the west.

2nd time booking

Lovely Beachfront

What a perfect spot right on the beach. The balcony porch was perfect; wonderful gulf views, and amazing sunsets. And I absolutely loved being right next to the beach access for Nautical Watch. Dan was wonderful to work with as well! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this unit right on the beach. I will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The condo was well appointed and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay! The first floor location was very convenient to the beach. The bed linens could use some updating, the sheets had knots on them. I flipped the sheet over and it was better. I would definitely rent this condo again;)

we love love love this condo, the owners are great, they keep everything in such good condition, love the new couch. the only problem was the Murphy bed was not stripped and washed; just an oversight, we took care of that and had a great week with the best weather and calmest waves we’ve ever had, will be booking soon for next year

Fantastic location!! Very accommodating small condo with many upgrades. Thoughtfully stocked with all of the basic necessities. Best possible location in Panama City Beach. Well maintained condo complex with a nice pool and friendly neighbors. Owner was responsive and great to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Sitting on the Sand

Loved the unit. The porch is almost sitting on the sand and the view is beautiful from sun up to spectacular sunset. The place is very homey and welcoming. If you love the old Florida feel this is the place. The complex is not overbuilt providing room to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. I plan on returning.

We have stayed at Nautical Watch 5 times. Everytime has been great. Private beach thats not overcrowded, or crazy, and the condos that are big enough to be comfortable. We love this area of Panama City and it fits our 4 person family perfect. They do have larger condos but thats up to you. The traffic is also much better in the area of Nautical Watch compared to other places down the beach. I could move here I would. The owner is very responsive and also helped us change our times this past stay with no issue.

Gorgeous sunsets

Great condo for beach lovers! First floor —feet from the beach—and sunsets do not get any better from this view. Balcony actually is shaded all day which is nice! Location is the reason you stay here!!! Beach isn’t super crowded and the views are amazing! Condo is nice, a little dated in the decor, but I didn’t go to PCB to admire the furniture and bedspread. The only semi-complaint I had was the noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom. Couldn’t use it at night because it squeaks— but the A/C is so cool -we didn’t need the fan. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

This condo unit sits right next to the beach access for Biltmore Beach. The people coming and going are all families and the proximity to the beach access didn’t interrupt our enjoyment of the unit at all but it is something to note as the balcony does sit within a few feet of the access. The unit itself was clean (kitchen utensils, floors, bathroom, etc) but in need of updates (bedding, decor). We felt that the price is perfectly appropriate for the unit. We enjoyed the location- not in the thick of the touristy part of the beach but very close to all the amenities. We really appreciated the quick checkin and checkout procedures. We were even notified that our unit was ready for an early checkin although we couldn’t take advantage of the offer unfortunately. We would love to stay here again when we return to Panama City Beach!

Beachfront

Enjoyed the stay and the view but room was a tad bit small. It would work out great for a couple but with a family of 4 and only one restroom it was a bit difficult. We made it work and maybe just the Mrs. and I will rent again but with the family we would have to look at a different floor plan. The access to the beach is perfect and the place could use a little update on furnishings.

We used to stay at the nautical watch when I was a kid around 13 years ago. It was nice to come back and reminisce. The condo was nice and had a great view with great access. It was my little 11 month old boys first time at the beach. We all had a great time!

Why they chose this property

After staying at Nautical Watch for long weekends and 'daycations' we fell in love with the whole complex. When a beach front condo became available we jumped on it.

What makes this property unique

Other than the fantastic view the sugar white sand and the incredible sunsets we really love the location and the fact that you can park literally 10 feet from the front door.
