On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious and bright large kitchen and living room, complete with a dining table and direct access to both the garden and the patio. A shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this level.

On the first upper floor, you will find a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and a second shower room with bidet and WC. Both bedrooms on this floor benefit from air conditioning.

The second upper floor features 1 open large room with characterful sloping ceilings, furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also equipped with air conditioning.
