Very comfortable cottage "Cascina", from the 19th century, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Asti, 15 km from the centre of Alba, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 100 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Cascina Castello", 3-room semi-detached house 95 m2 on 2 levels. Very comfortable and modern furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt, wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie genieße möchte. Auf Anfrage gab es für unsere Tochter sogar einen Hochstuhl, ein Babybett und eine Babywanne. Unser Hund konnte sich auf der Wiese immer austoben! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Sandie war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und auch für ein Gespräch immer zu haben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und bedanken uns für den tollen Urlaub!

Alles stimmig, modern und sehr exklusiv. Selten hat ein Ferienort so überzeugt wie die Cascina Loreto. Innen wie aussen super gepflegt. Idealer Ausgangsort, um sich im Piemont zu bewegen. Natur, Kulinarik, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Märkte vor der Haustüre. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft und die Betreuung sind erstklassig. Die Anlage wird perfekt unterhalten und es ist für alle und alles genügend Raum vorhanden, sodass die Privatsphäre wirklich gewahrt ist. Der gut unterhaltene Pool ladet wirklich "zum Bade" und lässt zu, dass sich die Gewichtszunahme durch die piemontesische Küche sofort korrigieren lässt. Die Lage dieser Anlage ist super.

Einfach ein Genuss

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal Gast in Cascina Castello mit unserem Hund. Die Gastgeberin war wie immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus mit Klimaanlage war sehr gemütlich. Der Pool sauber und genau das richtige in heißen Tagen. Es gab viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge in die Region. Rundherum also einfach perfekte Ferien und Erholung.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist in sehr schöner ländlicher Umgebung wo man richtig zur Ruhe kommen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin kümmert sich sehr um alle Anliegen. Es waren super schöne Ferien für alle inklusive unserem Hund.

Das volle Programm an Ferienstimmung

Dies Feriendomizil kann auch nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Materialien und Möbel. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst herzliche Personen. Das tollste ist, dass die Cascina Castello für Hunde erlaubt ist. Da kann der pelzige Freund mit in die Ferien.
