Amazing Kenai River Front Home With Beautiful Views

Professionally furnished home located on the Kenai River. The house has undergone annual updates during the off season. The property features a walkway to a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. The fishing platform is generally available mid May through the 1st of October weather permitting. Beautiful views of the river from the wraparound deck. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located in the main home. One bedroom and bathroom are in the detached shop/garage on the property and are only available May-October. All bathrooms have recently been constructed or completely renovated. Main level features a large gourmet kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, 3 bedrooms (one King master and two bedrooms with Queens) and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, sunroom, and large deck with beautiful views of the Kenai River. The recently renovated walkout basement includes a bar kitchen, card room, pool table, bunk room with 4 full beds and an attached full bathroom. There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house. The pictures are updated frequently so they accurately reflect the property.

This house exceeded our expectations for our family vacation! The house was beautiful and spacious, there was plenty of room for us to all hang out together, and also escape to some peace and quiet when needed in a different part of the house. We were lucky enough to get a few nice weather days and took full advantage of the beautiful deck when it wasn't raining. The bunk room was perfect for all of the grandkids to stay in together while the adults were separated from their noise sleeping in the bedrooms upstairs! Having the ability to rent fishing gear to use when fishing of the dock was very convenient, and several of our family members took full advantage of that. We had a couple of questions for the hosts during our stay, and they were prompt with their response, which was very appreciated! We could not have asked for a better vacation experience!

This was a 5. From the very beginning, Janine and Mike were super responsive and helpful. The house was great and well stocked all the way around. The location was perfect and very serene. We had four adults and two littles (5 & 2) and there was ample space for all. If you want wildlife- it’s there. Moose and bald eagles right there and there were signs of bear, just didn’t see one. I would definitely stay there again if we come back this way.
