This home is absolutely beautiful. It's a great location on the Kenai River. The fishing was incredible! The owners are the most kind and amazing people! Everyone had a great time and we made the best memories. We enjoyed everything about our trip to Alaska. We will definitely stay here again!

Candace, hosting you and your group was truly one of the highlights of our season. From the moment you arrived, your kindness, warmth, and generosity were evident. You treated our cabin with such care and respect, leaving it absolutely spotless. The dinner you prepared for us was such an unexpected and thoughtful gift. It was a gesture of kindness that touched our hearts. Guests like you are exactly what every host hopes for. We feel so fortunate to have met you and would welcome you back in a heartbeat. Thank you for taking such great care of our home and for making our VRBO experience wonderful. We hope our paths cross again someday! Carole & Pat Nolden

This cabin was fantastic. The house was spotless, had comfortable beds, and was stocked with everything you could possibly need for an incredible fishing experience. Carol and Pat were wonderful hosts - they taught us how to fish for salmon, provided all the gear, and filleted, vacuum sealed, and froze every fish we caught. They even threw in some of their own salmon fillets from earlier in the season, since those fish were out of season and we couldn't catch them ourselves. I couldn't recommend this property more for an unforgettable fishing trip in Alaska.

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind review! ❤️ It was truly a pleasure having you both here for your father-son fishing adventure. We loved being able to share a little of what makes the Kenai so special and help create memories you’ll hopefully treasure for years to come. We were especially happy to share some of our own salmon with you so you could take a little extra piece of Alaska home. Guests like you are exactly why we love what we do. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our cabin, and we truly hope you’ll come back and fish with us again someday! 🎣❤️

This is by far the best place we’ve ever rented. The cabin is brand new, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The private fishing area is peaceful and magical. The best part about this rental are the hosts. Pat and Carole went above and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect stay. They were so accommodating and helpful. They taught us how to fish the river, helped us with our catch and shared tons of recommendations for things to do in the area. They even arranged a kayaking trip for us! We loved it so much we extended our trip and came back to the cabin after seeing some other areas. The location is perfect - right on the river, close to town but in a quiet private and friendly neighborhood. The cabin is well appointed with anything you could possibly need or want. We cooked in most nights and it was so nice to have all the staples readily available. Beds are super comfortable and there are lots of areas to hang out. Wifi worked great. We can’t wait to come back!!

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind and thoughtful review! It was such a pleasure getting to know you and sharing a small part of what makes the Kenai River so special. Seeing you learn to fish, celebrate your catches, and enjoy everything from kayaking to peaceful evenings at the cabin reminded us why we love hosting. We were honored that you chose to extend your stay and return to our little corner of Alaska—that is one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive. We’re so happy the cabin felt comfortable and well-equipped, and that you were able to relax, explore, and make wonderful memories. Our hope is always that guests arrive as visitors and leave feeling like friends. Thank you again for trusting us with your vacation. We can’t wait to welcome you back to Kahtnu River Services.
