Great location, easy for Exeter Central station and city centre shops. Down some steps which may be troublesome for some, OK for us. Property clean, good shower, clean linen and towels.No noise at night.Patio area at the back is small and totally enclosed. Front area too scruffy and small as a patio.So many emails! 24 in total. Overkill.
