Excellent. Getting the keys and linen was easy, on the route in to Kaprun. The apartment is easily located on the ground floor of the building within easy walking distance of the town and Lechnerberg beginner ski area. The property was great for us (4 adults and 2 kids) with a kitchen suitable for breakfasts and we ate out the other times (great restaurants throughout Kaprun.) The buses are fantastic and run regularly to the Glacier, Maiskogel and Zell and See. The heating in the apartment is sensitive and has great under floor heating, but takes a bit of fiddling to get the temperatures just right -) All in all, a great apartment in a beautiful town.

Wir verbrachten vier Nächte hier mit schnellem Zugang zu Liften und Skischule. Die Wohnung war großzügig für sechs Personen und an kühlen Abenden dank Heizung gemütlich. Die Garage war praktisch nach aktiven Tagen draußen. Der Terrassenblick bot beim Kochen oder Entspannen zusätzlichen Komfort.

Schönes Appartement mitten in Kaprun. Fussläufig ist alles gut erreichbar und das Auto kann in der TG bleiben. Schön wäre eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos. Einrichtung ist OK, warum aber nur ein Rest Toilettenpapier vorhanden ist, verstehen wir nicht. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Der Empfang war leider sehr unfreundlich und es gab keine Infos z.B. dass kein Toilettenpapier vor Ort war. Auch die Betten mussten selbst bezogen werden. Die Wohnung selbst ist für 4 Personen ok,für 6 zu eng. Leider liegt sie auch direkt an der Straße, was i der Woche laut sein kann. Super ist die Terasse und die die Skibus Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage.Tolle Aussicht! Raumaufteilung prima.Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Zu bemängeln gibt’s tatsächlich die Betten. Bettzeug und Matratzenschoner war leider nicht sauber. Betthaupt blättert ab. Backofen und Spülmaschine bedürfen auch mal wieder einer gründlichen Reinigung

Een heerlijk huis . Zeker voor invalde mensen. Nergens drempels overal handgrepen zoals in het toilet en douche .. kleine open keuken maar echt alles is aanwezig. Een minpuntje toen we de sleutel hadden opgehaald kregen we een tas met beddengoed. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fenomenaal. Anneke en Bep.
