Only for wintertime

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During our first evening, we noticed that the upstairs bedrooms, which were cooled by two HVAC units, were very hot (75-81 F). We called maintenance, and they said one of the units would need maintenance but not the other but that we should expect some degree of discomfort because the property's HVAC system had "dampers." I am sure this is a great energy conservation measure, but it makes it impossible for all bedrooms to be enjoyed at once. The maintenance to the one HVAC unit identified for repair did not occur, so the Homeowners Collection sent us two box fans. This provided minimal relief, particularly since one did not work.

Lovely cottage

We booked a last minute stay over new years and were delighted with our decision. Adorable area. We were walking distance from everything. Cottage came with 2 rental bikes, which were fun to use. Loved the whole city. Cottage was equipped with everything we needed. Text communication with property manager was easy and helpful.

Absolutely Perfect

It’s difficult to use enough superlatives, but this was incredible. The house is huge, has a gourmet kitchen that worked perfectly for our Thanksgiving dinner, and is in the perfect location. And being a big fan of Bob DiPiero for many years, being in his place with his gold records was a wonderful bonus. Lastly, I have stayed in numerous VRBO properties, but the property manager, Homeowners Collection, was perhaps the best I’ve encountered. They were highly communicative, and I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded to each text. We will be back!

DiPiero's Digs Didn't Disappoint!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are loyal Seaside vacationers and have stayed in probably dozens of homes throughout the years. For this trip, "Bobby D's" was the perfect size and layout for our family. The home's quality workmanship, accents, materials, and appliances (e.g. THE KITCHEN = WOW!!!) did not go unnoticed!! And, as an aside, we are admittedly a family of music fanatics.... So, we were completely "star-struck" and in awe of the magnitude of Mr. DiPiero's remarkable accomplishments, achievements and contributions to American music over the years!!! The weather may have been the worst we've experienced, but in no way sullied another great stay in Seaside!
