Welcome to 422 Pine Needle Way, a charming three-bedroom, four-bath cottage that perfectly blends comfort, style, and convenience. The spacious front porch invites you to relax and take in the serene surroundings of WaterColor.

Step inside to find bright white interiors adorned with luxurious furnishings. The open-concept layout connects the chef's kitchen, living, and dining areas, making it perfect for family gatherings. We loved this property! It was a beautiful house, very spacious, loved the rooms and living space. Very convenient to Seaside and Watercolor. Very nice property! The kitchen could use a few more things like measuring cups, etc. but overall it was perfect!

This was our first trip to Watercolor, and we were really impressed. The area is beautiful and this house is conveniently located to all amenities by a short bike ride or walk. We would love to come back again. We were talking about booking another trip before we finished the week in this wonderful property.

Wonderful summer trip!

This house and the neighborhood are beautiful. The house is very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Check in was super easy. We enjoyed having the golf cart for the week. We love how everyone drives them around in the community and nearby town. My grandchildren loved swimming in the pool at the house. The beach club and the beach access were very easy to get to. We would definitely visit again! A great time was had by all!

Great House

I highly recommend this house and Sanders Beach Rentals. Sanders is the property management company that coordinate check in and and anything you need. They are top notch. They communicate timely and provided great information. We had a few items that needed to be fixed and they were onsite in under 30 minutes. The house is well represented by the pictures. It's very nice and in good shape. We stayed a week and loved it. It's approximately a mile from the beach, but with the golf cart that was nothing. We also road the bikes to the beach a few times. The golf cart is the best and most fun way to get around. The house is close to the grocery store and Seaside. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future. It was a first time to Watercolor and we really fell in love with it.
