Set just above the picturesque hamlet of Low Mills, approx. 8 miles North of Kirkbymoorside, this beautiful property is located in an idyllic North Yorkshire dale renowned for its daffodil walk along the riverbanks. This is a wonderful base for enjoying fantastic walks and bike rides across the North Yorkshire Moors, with delightful villages to relax in including Hutton-le-Hole, ideal for walkers and offers pubs, gift shops and the Ryedale Folk Museum and Danby. Thriving market towns including Pickering and Helmsley, both offer a lovely range of great independent shops, pubs and restaurants, or you could explore local attractions including Nunnington Hall, Duncombe Park and Castle Howard. The North York Railway has steam trains running through to Whitby, slightly further afield. Rosedale Valley is approximately 9 miles away where you can experience the famous glass blowing workshop and Rosedale Abbey.
Step inside the entrance hall which is a great space for kicking off muddy boots and coats, there is also a handy utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer. Walking through to the kitchen/diner with everything you need for a home away from home stay, such as an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Enjoy lazy breakfasts with good company around the farmhouse table. The lounge is warm and cosy and is complimented with comfortable seating ready for you to put your feet up by the wood burner after a long day hiking the hills with something good on the Smart TV. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with beautiful furnishings and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. Completing the ground floor is the separate WC. Upstairs on the first floor there are three further bedrooms, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC.
Outside the enclosed garden overlooks the beautiful rolling countryside that surrounds you. There is also a patio area with seating, perfect to sit and enjoy a chilled drink on a summers evening with good company. There is off-road parking for two cars.
