Outdoors enthusiasts will also be in their element with the Blackdown Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks all within easy reach, and beach lovers can explore the world-renowned Jurassic coastline and the wide sandy beaches of North Devon.There are also a number of National Trust properties in the area including Killerton House and Knightshayes.
Step inside this traditional pretty terraced cottage and you will immediately find yourself in the beautifully cosy and welcoming lounge/diner. Here comfortable sofas are arranged around a Smart TV and fireplace with a warming wood burner for cosy winter nights. Located next to the lounge is the compact yet well-appointed kitchen which has been lovingly presented in a modern country style and offers an electric range oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. Completing the offering on the ground floor and making this cottage a great option for outdoors enthusiasts is a useful utility room with a washing machine and coat/boot storage, as well as a ground floor WC. Climbing the steep cottage style stairs and onto the first floor you will discover the pretty bedrooms, the first is a large double room with a Smart TV, a generous amount of built-in storage and views across to the open countryside. Parking is available on the roadside opposite (subject to availability) or there is further parking and a free car park in the village.
