Beautiful duplex in Key Colony Beach with private fenced yard and private heat optional pool. Three bedroom, two bath home located on Sixth Street (The Causeway). Guests have access to the homes 2 car garage.

This homes comes with membership to Cabana Club.

Please note, the duplex next door has scheduled dock repairs between April 27th and June 15th.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable home

Arrived late in the evening so it would have been nice to have the keys in a lockbox by the front door so we could go straight to the house. However the rental office was only a short drive so not the end of the world. House spotlessly clean and plenty of towels and spare bedding if required. Crockery and cutlery fine but the pot holders and dish towels need replacing. Also missed having a kettle to boil water for a cup of hot tea. The pots and pans need replacing, those we found were in pretty poor condition. Having said that the pool was a great addition to cool off in and the sun beds were really comfortable. The lounge seating was really comfortable and we loved the rocker! Great to have Cabana Club included, we love the pool and beach down there. All in all a comfy home from home.

Great week!

We enjoyed a great week in Key Colony Beach! The house is spacious and having our own pool was great for the kids. We also enjoyed the Cabana Club.

Great canal property in great neighborhood

This property has been well maintained and has all the items you need to have a great stay. Our family enjoyed the pool and fishing in the canal. We had visits from manatee each day and spotted sting ray as well. It such a relaxing place to stay.
