This one-story, ground level home features views of the ocean from every room and is on the sunset viewing side of the island. A private boat basin and dock surrounded by a seawall extends out into the ocean, providing a unique setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Designed for casual living, this half-moon shaped home has cypress-beamed ceilings, 3 A/C units, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large multiple-seating area living room, fully equipped kitchen, linens provided, laundry room and large enclosed screened in porch. All on one level. No stairs. No extra charges for normal cleaning. Excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
NO PETS are allowed. No exceptions.

The master bedroom at one end of the home has a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen and twin bed. There are four TVs, DVD player, black and white WIFI printer, HIGH SPEED Xfinity internet, phone and cable TV. Multiple desks and high speed WIFI make this home perfect for work from home or remote learning. Utilities and linens are included. Fully stocked kitchen including stemware for evening wine/cocktails and plenty of cookware/utensils. New countertops/backsplash so please use cutting boards and trivets or hot pads on it. Gas grill plus charcoal grills for easy cooking.
Comcast TV & wireless 300+ HIGH SPEED internet service and unlimited US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico telephone calls. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing smooth paths and roads for using our bikes, jogging or walking.

Water is just steps from our back door. Plenty of off street parking. The circular driveway has covered parking. For ease of entering the enclosed boat docking area from the open water, a 28' boat is the maximum boat length recommended. Boat trailers can be parked in the center gravel parking pad. The concrete fish cleaning station was made specifically for the home and the use of guests. Fish right off the seawall and dock with an easy to obtain Florida fishing license.

Located a short drive to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants, the home is less than a 15-minute drive to the award-winning Sombrero Beach and famous 7 Mile Bridge. There are plenty of places to rent boats, kayaks, SUPs, and bikes in town. Key West is only 45 miles south.

Please note: All rentals are SATURDAY to SATURDAY only. The City of Marathon Vacation Rental License code ordinance prevents rental homes to be rented for less than 7 consecutive days. Max of 6 adults with up to 2 children additionally.
