Little House by the Sea

Comfortable accommodation right on the beach and in the heart of D’Annunzio’s pine forest. Especially suitable for families with children. No need to worry about getting around by car or motorcycle; a gate at the back provides direct access to the beach, the outdoor courtyard is fully equipped, and the garden features hot showers that are convenient to use when returning from the beach. The building is bordered at the back by the beach and, at the front, by a long bike and pedestrian path that runs along the entire Pescara coastline, which is dotted with well-equipped beaches. The path leads up to the beautiful Ponte del Mare (about 800 m away), where you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view; crossing it will take you to the city centre and its lively nightlife. The area is full of restaurants and bars; all amenities are within easy reach, and the whole area is nestled in the greenery of the D’Annunzio Pine Forest.
