Situated on absolute waterfront, the cabin has 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, full bathroom and patio laundry. Bed configuration consists of King master with ensuite, a bunk room with single on top, double on the bottom and a full bedroom queen. There are two pull-out couches in the living areas. An enclosed backyard and fenced off patio provides an enjoyable stay for yourself, family and pets. A jetty berth is available to use, however this is located 5 mins from the property in McMillan Strait on the Paynesville side of the island. A public boat ramp is available near the ferry terminal. A ferry pass is provided for use during your stay. Need more space? The onsite Kangaroo Bungalow is available for booking as well. It is a separate listing and can be found on Airbnb.
Cabin: 3 bedrooms, Sofa Bed in lounge, 1 bathroom, 1 Ensuite in King Bedroom, open plan kitchen and lounge. Please note wood is not supplied and so should you wish to use the fire pit or the wood fire inside, it is important to remember to bring your own wood. (Available at the service station on the way into Paynesville and also at IGA) The property is subject to occasional infestation of biting insects and so it is important to remember to bring a good quality spray, such as bushman brand. Pets need to be on leash at all times when outside to avoid clashes with wildlife.

If you are bringing a pet, it is recommended that it is kept on a leash at all times when outside. The yard is fully fenced however, Wildlife are often present on the property and may include snakes. The property is in the middle of the Australian bush and as such, is part of the attraction and charm of this beautiful and unique location. It is advised to bring bug repellent, as intermittent events of mosquitoes, sand flies, March flies etc do occur. Bushman’s spray is the best option. Please supervise children, there is a massage chair in the main bedroom for adult only use. If it is damaged, a claim will be lodged for the full cost of replacement.
