Only 15 minutes to downtown Naples & beaches in one direction and 15 minutes to Marco in the other. This well-appointed pool home in Falcons Glen at Lely Resort boasts upgraded furnishings and decor throughout.

Guests will enjoy indoor/outdoor living with plenty of space for couples, golf groups and families. White sand beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and a variety of shopping are conveniently close by.

All bedding, linens and towels have been upgraded to ensure luxury and comfort for our guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy meals at home. Two Schwinn bikes, multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and numerous pool floats provided. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature year-round.

The home is always clean and well-maintained so that our guests can always feel comfortable in a worry-free environment. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation has been thoughtfully included in this vacation home.

Get southwest sun exposure all day by the private pool and watch beautiful sunsets from the private pool lanai. A community pool and spa are also accessible within 3 minute walk from home.

Golfers will enjoy two award winning courses in Lely Resort; the par 72, 7,230-yard Lee Trevino designed Mustang course, featuring gently rolling fairways, large greens and 12 sparkling lakes, and the award-winning Robert Trent Jones, Sr., Flamingo Island; a championship, par 72, 7,095-yard course with white sand bunkers, hourglass fairways, and large Bermuda grass greens. In addition, dozens of highly rated public courses are located in the greater Naples area.

The Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve, 10 minutes from your front door, is one of the few remaining undisturbed mangrove estuaries in North America. This national treasure offers educational tours which can be booked prior to your trip. Local vendors rent paddle boards, kayaks and canoes for exploring Rookery Bay. Pontoon and motor boat rentals can be leased at the Isle of Capri and Goodland, both just a short drive from the home.

Could not be better. Amenities were very good and in good order. Just one very, very small criticism - the knob on the kettle was missing. This made it somewhat difficult when the kettle boiled and hot steam was coming out of the lid!! Apart from that one small problem, everything else was great. This is our second visit and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Family Fun

This home is immaculate with a home away from home comfort. It has top of the line appliances and is stocked with everything you would possibly need in the kitchen, hanging out at the pool, going for a bike ride or going to the beach. Our whole family enjoyed this vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely 3 bedroom house which is close to golf, bike trails, pickle ball and shopping. House is well maintained, well stocked and the owners are a pleasure to deal with.

Great Getaway Home

We stayed at this beautiful home in Lely Resort for 2 weeks and thoroughly loved it. Christina is a wonderful host, her home is so well equipped with all your vacation needs. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and great golf courses all around. The pool is awesome, heated to the perfect temperature and well maintained. We can't wait to return.

Wonderful rental in Naples!

This was a great place to stay! Christina was very good at responding to us, and the house was exactly the way the pictures show it. We loved having a private pool, a quiet safe neighborhood, and a clean home to make our home base during our trip to Naples. We hope to return to this house again as it was all wonderful!

The property was excellent. Plenty of room and very clean. Pool and lenai were very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. I only have one recommendation for the host. 1 of the beach chairs was rusted through and the other 3 seemed to be on the sam path.

We had such an amazing time here! The home is stunning, a wonderful location, comfortable beds, clean appliances, etc. The owners have thought of everything from comfortable beds, toys for kids, pool toys, lots of towels, beach chairs, the list goes on! Don’t hesitate, book this house for your vacation, you will not be disappointed!

Home away from home

This is a great property in a nice quiet development. It was stocked very well, all the way from the kitchen to beach needs. A 10-15 minute drive to downtown Naples that offers some of the best restaurants in Southern Florida. It was a great experience.

Beautiful community

This home sits in a beautiful quiet community located close to golfing, shopping, and restaurants. Palms Villa is well maintained inside and out. I loved going for walks in the neighborhood. Swimming pool was great for lounging in the early afternoon. We would stay again.

Fabulous home - great location!

We spent a week at this beautiful Falcon Glen home in Lely Resort. The home is immaculate and is one of the best VRBO properties we have rented. It has everything a person visiting Florida could want. A comfortable master suite, very spacious master bathroom with large shower and tub, a beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and the list goes on. A 5+ star experience.

Lovely home in Falcons Glen

Everything you need is available at this house. It’s well maintained and clean. The pool is great, and if you want to catch some bass , try the lake in the backyard. My wife and I will be returning soon I hope. Christina is great to work with.

Great house, great location

When we selected this space for a much needed week of R&R, little did we know we were picking the perfect spot. The house is perfectly situated with virtually everything you could possibly need or want within a 15 minute ride.. Naples proper, Marco Island, beaches and restaurants galore. Mother Nature greeted us with 3 tornado warnings the morning after our arrival. Some damage was done to the lanai but a message to the house manager and owner resulted in a fairy quick repair. It was not buggy, so it just did not deter us from sitting out by the pool. The view from the pool deck is lovely.... we happily watched the herons and other water birds in the waterway. The sunsets are gorgeous as well. We and our kindles spent a fair amount of time here by the pool. The house is tastefully furnished…it feels like a home instead of a rental, really making you feel Immediately comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Very little is needed to make yourself at home, and Publix is less than 2 miles away. Our main goal for the week was major R&R. Had we chosen to, bikes and helmets were available as were beach towels, sand chairs, and other beach supplies were ready to go. The washer/dryer was certainly a nice to have!! This was a very easily managed rental… highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet retreat in a wonderfully relaxing setting, but still have access to as much as you would want to do.

Sunset Villa

We have stayed in Falcons Glen on previous occasions and have always liked the peace and tranquillity in this area. This particular property was one of the best we have stayed in and we enjoyed watching the bird life on the pond.
