Lovely home in a convenient location

This is a great property, with lots of space for a family visit. We really enjoyed using the pool and the proximity to great golf courses was really appreciated. The hosts were really communicative and just generally lovely to deal with. Overall a great experience!

Great location

We’ve rented in Lely for 6 or 7 years. Falcons Glen is an ideal community. Owner Randall and property manager Kayla were very responsive to the few issues that came up. We’d certainly be delighted to return to this nice villa.

The Falcons Glen Experience!!!

Speaking for myself, our family members & a client This was the worst and most disappointing experience of renting a high dollar home we’ve ever encountered. My party and client rented in early 2021 for at least 4 weeks or more ; we all left early due to so many terrible issues I can’t list them all. Bugs, outdated furniture, outdated everything, bad beds, bad lighting, no Internet, no Wi-Fi, crappy outdoor furniture …shall I go on? The owner is only into this for the income he has no concern about your comfort or experience. The best thing about this rental was the membership to the players club. We enjoyed that immensely had it not been for that we probably would have left the property after a couple days.. Buyer beware !

We found the location to be perfect. The property met all of our needs and the landlord was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool, although small, was a great addition and thoroughly enjoyed by our 3 and 5 year old grandchildren!

The property was clean, but needs work. The pool area really needs to be renovated and the couch is very uncomfortable. The property had water damage that hasn’t been fully repaired. The items left at the property like bikes and pool supplies need to be updated. It could really be a nice property if better maintained.

**MUST BOOK**

We ended up booking this house at the last second due to unfortunate circumstances at our original vacation rental in Indian Shores. The home was beautiful and well kept. Small private pool in the back is GREAT for kids, especially if you need a day to 'stay in' after many consecutive days at the beach. Randall was the best host I've ever had. Was quick to communicate, and made the entire stay feel more personable. Quite relaxing neighborhood, with wonderful amenities, restaurants and the most beautiful beaches just a short drive away. I really can't say enough wonderful things about the house and the host. Finding this listing saved our vacation and made it one of the best yet!

Great place to escape the cold winter month of March in New England

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it felt like we were coming back home. It was comfortable and fulfilled our vacation needs. The house was very clean upon arrival and ready for us to move in. The house pool was nice to have for a quick swim anytime snd especially enjoyed by our visiting grandchildren . We really like the location of Lely with it being midway between Marco Island and downtown Naples with many convenient stores and services nearby. Lots of safe walking opportunities The Players Club is an added bonus .

Wonderful Peaceful stay!

My family and I had a great time. The neighborhood was super quiet. The house was immaculate and fully stocked. Even though the owners had sent through instructions they responded to my questions, which the had already answered (LOL), very quickly. My son and husband especially enjoyed the pool, pool toys, and the bikes which were provided. I enjoyed the large den, lovely furniture, and the television. I also enjoyed the location. It is close to Walmart, other stores, restaurants, and places to go fishing. We will definitely be staying again.

Quiet, relaxing vacation home.

We loved the Sampson's vacation home. Falcon's Glen was a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Miles and miles of sidewalks for walking, running, or bike rides (there were 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes in the garage). The Players Club Resort passes were an awesome addition to renting the home. The pool was heated to the temperature of bath water which was perfect for our early April vacation. The house itself was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was fabulous. We were located half way between Naples beaches/restaurants and Marco Island beaches/restaurants. There were also beach chairs, sand toys, and a cooler in the garage for visits to the beach. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this home. Randall, the homeowner, was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for a great vacation!!!
