The property was great. Home was clean, the pictures were very accurate. Really looked forward to the Hot Tub and Pool - Not functional. When we called there were right on top of things, however was not fixed during our stay.

The home is wonderful. Our family all converged at the shores from all around the country. The bedrooms are very nice & the kitchen is large with top shelf appliances. Downstairs the covered patio & pool with whirlpool spa is perfect. They cleaned the pool daily. There is a walkway to the beach which is great as well. Great location & service from Desarea! The only minor things that came up. There are tv’s. We had to have a maintenance man who was awesome come & get them all in working order. Please note the tiles that are between the pavers at the pool are very slick when they become wet. Also the check in process was awesome. But if they had directions as to how to how turn on the whirlpool spa etc. that would have been helpful. We figured it out though. Wonderful time & great service. Thank you Franke rentals.

Great place, excellent location, responsive property management

We had a fantastic stay, and would come again to Bella Casa. The house met all of our needs--wonderful and well-equipped kitchen (but could use some wooden spoons/utensils better for teflon pans), excellent location near the beach and turtle/bird centers. It would also be nice to upgrade the main TV so that it can connect to internet for watching movies via our computers. But these are minor issues--as a vacation home, it is outstanding.
