Chalet in Mörtschach near Ski Slopes

This beautiful authentic wooden chalet for a maximum of 5 people is located in Mörtschach in Carinthia, high above the Mölltall, at an altitude of 1300 meters and offers a fantastic view!

The chalet is very quietly located on the edge of the forest and has a cozy living/dining room with dining table, a small, well-equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, mini-oven and microwave), 2 bedrooms (one of which has an extra folding bed), a modern bathroom, balcony and garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the chalet.

The countless different hiking trails in this hiking area, which extend to an altitude of over 2500 meters, begin directly in front of the chalet. Directly from the town you can reach the Astental, which is perfect for various leisure activities such as hiking, mountaineering or mountain biking. In winter, Mörtschach is an ideal starting point for ski days in Heiligenblut, on the Mölltal Glacier or in the Lienz Dolomites.

The small national park community of Mörtschach in the Astental is a very idyllic mountain village and, due to its central location between the three-thousanders of the Schober Group and the proximity to the Großglockner, is an ideal starting point for demanding climbing tours and various hiking and cycling routes.

In summer, the Tauernbad in Mallnitz, the Oberdrauburg adventure swimming pool or the outdoor adventure pool in Winklern offer lots of swimming fun!

Toller Urlaub gerne wieder!

Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen! Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Hütte, perfekt zum entspannen in den Bergen! Wir haben trotz unseren Pubertieren kein Fernseher oder sonstiges vermisst! Küche war ausgestattet! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war ein entspannter und sehr erholsamer Urlaub in Kärnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, der Empfang durch unsere Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Danke Monika für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel die Wanderung durch das Wangenitztal zur Wangenitzhütte direkt vom Haus aus. Tipp ist die Leppner Alm bei Irschen, Kärnten, wunderschön zum Wandern.

Goed uitgeruste chalet met prachtig uitzicht.mooie wandelingen vanuit het huisje, zeker de tocht naar de wangenitzsee.zeer vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst.het was al 18.00u toen we arriveerden en frisjes met regen.de kachel was echter aangestoken waardoor het behaaglijk warm was in de chalet.ik beveel deze chalet zeker aan,zeer goed gelegen ook voor uitstap naar de grossglockner.de gezellige stad Lienz is ook dichtbij.

Eine wunderschöne Hütte mit tollem Ausblick ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Ausstattung ist super. Auch unser Hund hat sich im eingezäunten Grundstück wohl gefüllt. Der richtige Ort zum Entschleunigen - WLAN und Fernseher haben wir nicht vermisst. In der Umgebung befinden sich auch schöne Lokalitäten. Besonders hat uns der liebenswerte Empfang der Vermieterin gefreut.

Als je van een eenvoudig huisje met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen in de bergen houdt dan vind je dit fantastisch. Houdt er wel rekening mee dat je een behoorlijk stuk een bergweg ( laatste stuk zelfs onverharde weg) op moet om bij het huisje te komen, maar dan heb je ook prachtig uitzicht.

Es war wirklich ein toller Urlaub. Wir hatten viel Sonne und die schneebedeckten Gipfel sahen wunderschön aus. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Monika ist wirklich sehr sympatisch. Auch der Nachbarshund kommt mal auf einen Besuch vorbei. Es lohnt sich auf den Pirkachberg zu fahren. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Monika, die Hüttenwirtin hat uns abgeholt, uns alles Wichtige in der Hütte gezeigt und erklärt, unsere Ankunft mit Schokolade versüßt und uns tolle Tipps zum Wandern gegeben. Die Hütte selbst ist praktisch eingerichtet, der Ofen in der Küche ein Wunder an Heizleistung - er hat die Abende so richtig kuschelig gemacht und die Hohen Tauern sind eine eindrucksvolle Landschaft, mit zahlreichen sehr gut beschilderten Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe sehr genossen.

Bij aankomst werden we zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Monika. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was ze altijd bereikbaar voor tips. Echt een super-gastvrouw! Het huis was erg schoon en netjes, voldoende keukeninventaris en ook een BBQ is beschikbaar. Eigenlijk het enige dat we in het huisje hebben gemist zijn koolmonoxide en rookmelders. Iets dat in veel buitenlandse vakantiewoningen ontbreekt en ons elk jaar weer verbaasd. De ligging van het huis is erg mooi, de weg er naartoe is goed begaanbaar. Vanaf het balkon en het terras word je getrakteerd op fantastische uitzichten. In de omgeving zijn volop goed bewegwijzerde wandelingen te maken en ook de grossglockner hochalpenstrasse is snel bereikbaar en zeker een aanrader. We hebben het in dit huis zo goed naar onze zin gehad dat we (geheel tegen onze gewoonte in) nog een keer terug naar deze bestemming gaan, en direct na thuiskomst al geboekt hebben voor volgend jaar

Einfach nur toll

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr ordentlich und sauber.Die Vermieterin sehr sehr nett und herzlich, ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Wer die Einsamkeit und Ruhe liebte, ist dort genau richtig.Wanderwege direkt vom Haus weg.

Die Aussicht war toll , ganz alleine auf der Höhe , leider hat das Wetter am Anfang nicht mitgespielt. Sehr zu empfehlen Wir waren zu viert, wir Eltern und unsere Erwachsenen Kinder. Nach einer langen Fahrt wurden wir ganz herzlich empfangen von der sehr freundlichen und netten Monika. Das Ferienhaus ist eine traditionell eingerichtete Berghütte, ganz aus Holz, urig und gemütlich mit einem Specksteinofen, der bei kühlem Wetter eine wohlige Wärme schafft. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Landschaft und die Bergwelt, kann man jeden der Ruhe vom Alltagsstress sucht, wärmstens empfehlen. Auch für unsere beiden Hunde war es eine erlebnisreiche Woche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
