Located on the third floor of a charming building with no elevator, the apartment opens onto a bright kitchen-living area featuring a dining table and a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfectly suited for both short and extended stays.
Further inside, there is a convenient laundry area with washer and dryer, followed by a full bathroom. The bright double bedroom is enhanced by elegant built-in wardrobes, adding both style and practicality.
The apartment is set in one of Milan’s most creative and vibrant districts, in a unique location that blends two iconic sides of the city: on one side the Savona / Tortona Design District, internationally known for fashion, design, and Fuorisalone, and on the other the charm of beautiful walks along Alzaia Naviglio Grande, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and authentic Milanese atmosphere.
The location is highly strategic: MUDEC is only a 20-minute walk away, while the Naviglio is just a few steps from the entrance.
