Beautiful renovated apartment

Recently renovated 70 square meters apartment located near Fiera Milano City and the MiCo.
The apartment is very quiet and bright, nearby there are 2 tram lines, several bars and a large mall (Portello).
It is located on the second floor without elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people, there is a large bathroom with a huge shower, a living area with kitchen, a large table and two sofas, one of the sofas turns into a double bed.
The bedroom contains a queen size bed.
Throughout the apartment there is a very silent air conditioning system.
Included: Sat TV, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hairdryer and dishwasher.
The apartment is well-stocked and modern.
I can organize transfers to and from airports, those interested in this service warn me a few days in advance.
This is the apartment where I normally live, please treat it as if it were your home.

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable home. Great location with easy access to trams (3-4 minute walk) that will take you right into the city centre. Good communication with Andrea throughout the rental. Highly recommend!

Great place

This was a great place. The host met us at the corner of the street and walked us to the flat, as there was a very nice street market going on. The place itself was very comfortable, great location, great neighborhood. The only drawback is the construction on the façade, but I'm sure that will be over soon. I would definitely recommend this place!

Andrea's apartment in Milan was a clean, comfortable place to rest after a full day in town. It is easy to get to other parts of the city by bus/tram. Andrea had great communication throughout and was patient with us while we sorted out a technical issue with payment with VRBO. Thank you for a lovely stay, Andrea!

Great apartment, great location

The apartment is awesome. It’s a third-floor walk up. Very big and a very comfortable bed. Location is terrific with access to multiple train lines. Just be aware that they are doing construction to the outside of the building, but had ZERO impact on my stay. Couldn’t hear a thing from inside the apartment. Andrea was great. Highly recommend this rental.

Ten Day Stay

When we arrived, the property, the owner met us at the property. He was easy to contact, and readily answered our texts. The apartment is very clean, and well-stocked with glasses, dishes and utensils. The appliances are modern and clean. The living space & bathroom are beautiful and spacious. Very close to trams.

A great place, unfortunate circumstances

Our stay coincided with a heat wave and renovations to the exterior of the building that made the AC unavailable. This was clearly communicated to us prior to accepting the booking. The host had fans available in the unit that made it mostly bearable. It is a lovely unit with most everything you need.

Andrea was very helpful with information and greeting us despite a very tight check in window due to a local market (Monday) and a personal clash for him. First impressions were skeptical given the large amount of renovations taking place at the property. Outside of his control. Second impression was more positive with access to great dining and public transport to Downtown Milan. Overall a pleasant time , we did leave the night before our scheduled depart due to another Market that day.

Dans un quartier sans charme des environs de Milan, l’appartement est vraiment top. L’intĂ©rieur est de bon goĂ»t, la literie de qualitĂ© et comme presque tout est disponible, on a vraiment l’impression d’ĂȘtre chez soi.Le centre de Milan se trouve Ă  30 min en tramway. Sauf les jours de marchĂ© (lundi et jeudi) qui permet de s’approvisionner, on se gare au pied de l’immeuble et sinon on trouve facilement de la place Ă  proximitĂ©. Le contact avec Andrea est trĂšs facile et chaleureux. Que dire de plus, sauf qu’on a envie de mettre 6/5 .

TrÚs agréable séjour à Milan

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  Milan. La mĂ©tĂ©o Ă©tait juste parfaite. L’appartement d’Andrea est bien Ă©quipĂ© : literie de bonne qualitĂ©, Ă©clairage et luminaires judicieux.les ustensiles de cuisine sont nombreux. Il faudrait cependant changer quelques casseroles : matĂ©riaux aluminium dĂ©conseillĂ©. L’appartement est lumineux, grandes ouvertures. Cependant Ă  cause des Ă©chafaudages pour la rĂ©fection des façades nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir correctement tous les volets. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la rĂ©activitĂ© d’Andrea: rĂ©ponses rapides aux mails et son dĂ©sir de faire en sorte que les hĂŽtes passent un bon sĂ©jour, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© notre cas. Merci Andrea

Het appartement is prettig en stijlvol ingericht. Ook fijn is de binnenplaats waar onze fietsen gestald konden worden. Klein minpuntje was de matras van de slaapbank; die zou een keer vervangen mogen worden.

Great host and great apartment!

Lovely, clean apartment. Andrea was very responsive to my questions while I was in Milan. He even let me borrow a phone charging cable- which saved my trip. There are very helpful notes for transit, restaurants, etc. Wifi is reliable, as is the air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
