Nestled at the edge of the forest in Durbuy-Bende, this pet-friendly cottage offers a peaceful escape just 5 km from the historic center of Durbuy. Ideal for families or couples, the home is surrounded by nature and close to top attractions like the Topiary Park, Adventure Valley Durbuy, and the enchanting Château de Petite Somme. The nearby Labyrinth of Barvaux-sur-Ourthe and Wéris Megaliths add a touch of mystery and history to your stay. The cottage features a cozy living room with cable TV, DVD player, and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooking, combination microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, plus a high chair for little ones. Prima huis, mooi gelegen in het Franstalige deel van de Ardennen. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen, ondersteuning was voor ons wel fijn.Winkels en horeca wat verder weg; auto/ fiets bij de hand is nodig. Kastelen, mooie wandelroutes het stadje Durbuy in de buurt. Het huisje is compleet, keuken met oven, afwasmachine en magnetron.Woonkamer is wat klein maar prima voor 2 personen. Fijne omheinde tuin. Kortom een aanrader.

Positiv: Das Haus: Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, super sauber, ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der eingezäunte Garten - perfekt für unseren Hund. Wunderschöne Wanderungen direkt ab dem Haus. Die Vermieterin - sehr nett. Also insgesamt voll zu empfehlen! Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wenn man ein bisschen mehr von der Gegend sehen möchte. Negativ: Die Buchung über Belvilla!! - Stornierungsgebühr von 162 € für eine versehentliche Buchung für ein anderes Haus von belvilla, was wir aber innerhalb einer Minute! !!! direkt auf der Website korrigiert haben. - Die Umbuchung des sofort zu bezahlenden Gesamtpreises auf das richtige Haus hat dann noch etliche Tage gedauert mit vielen vielen Mails von uns, der Androhung der Stornierung durch Belvilla, dann wieder beruhigender Mail von belvilla ("Machen Sie sich keine Sorge! ", dann wieder eine Verlängerung der Zahlungsfrist nach wiederholter Nachfrage unsererseits, ..... u. s. w. .... Seeehr nervig, zumal wir schon im Urlaub waren und nur noch wenige Tage bis zum Buchungsbeginn. - Gefunden hatten wir das Haus über die Seite Traumferienwohnungen, die Buchung ging von dort aber dann an belvilla. Traumferienwohnungen hat uns allerding gut unterstützt in diesem nervigen Buchungsprozess durch die Vermittlung von Durchwahlnummern bei belvilla. Das nächste Mal versuchen wir über kleinere regionale Webseiten zu buchen, das sicherlich unkomplizierter ist und im Fall dieses Cottages hätten wir dort deutlich weniger gezahlt!

Het was een aangenaam verblijf. De ruimtes waren schoon en zoals beschreven en zichtbaar op de foto's. Contact met de eigenaren vooraf was prettig. Ze hadden aangegeven dat ze niet aanwezig waren bij aankomst, maar dat de deur open was. Het weer zat alleen een beetje tegen waardoor we niet goed van de tuin gebruik konden maken. De omgeving is erg rustig. goede plek om te onthaasten en te genieten van de natuur het bezoeken van de mooie dorpen in de omgeving.
