Escape Up North and enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of beautiful Leelanau County. Our spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath condo is located at the base of the former Sugar Loaf ski hill, surrounded by rolling hills, trees, and the natural beauty Northern Michigan is known for.
With Glen Arbor, Leland, Lake Leelanau, Cedar, Sleeping Bear Dunes, wineries, beaches, hiking, and local restaurants all within an easy drive, this is a wonderful home base for exploring everything the area has to offer.
The Space
Designed with families, couples, and groups in mind, the condo offers plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own private full bathroom, giving everyone added comfort and privacy. Please note that there is no bathroom on the main living level; all bathrooms are located within the bedrooms on the upper and lower levels. We want guests to be aware of this when considering whether the layout will work well for their group.
The main living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, touring wineries, hiking the dunes, or exploring nearby towns. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Step outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the outdoor seating area, fire up the grill for dinner, or head over to the shared seasonal pool for an afternoon swim.

One of the best things about the condo is its location. You can enjoy a quiet setting while still being close to many of Leelanau County’s most popular destinations.
Sugar Loaf/The Old Course: approximately 2 minutes
Good Harbor Bay Beach: approximately 10 minutes
Sleeping Bear Dunes & Pyramid Point: approximately 15–20 minutes
Wineries & cideries: numerous options within a short drive
Glen Arbor, Leland, Cedar & Lake Leelanau: all easily accessible
Traverse City: close enough for shopping, dining, and a day or evening in town
You’ll also find local farm markets, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, beaches, and scenic drives throughout the area.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo, outdoor seating area, and shared seasonal pool.
The former Sugar Loaf ski hill makes a beautiful backdrop to the property; however, the hill itself is privately owned and is not available for hiking or guest access.
