We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean. And ready for our stay. We appreciated that the condo has 4 bedrooms. So great. The property was well kept, walkable, and lovely. The host was available and responsive to our needs. Definitely a great choice!

For the price we paid for this place, the experience was truly bad. The basement rooms had bad air quality. We mentioned it to the host and it was basically others have stayed there with no problem so oh well. Two in our group ended up sick from whatever it was.Then we lost power for almost an entire day which was also another back and forth with them to try to work it out.

The property was just "ok." Yes, all appeared well. Clean, sufficient space, etc. However a few things to note for your travel here. 1) Lockbox entry. Just a pain. Especially in cold months with freezing hands or carpal tunnel (like myself). 2) A couple towels had stains 3) The downstairs bathrooms are like old dorm rooms. Zero counterspace if you are a female that needs the space to get ready. Zero full-length mirrors. The plumbing fixtures need a desperate update. I had to yank on the sink knob and then sprayed with water. Upstairs sink was slow to drain. 4) If you are traveling with kids, DO NOT use the fireplace! The glass gets EXTREMELY hot and can burn a child! 5) We had no heat on night one and while the prop. management member, Rochelle was very kind to try and assist, there was no urgency (from maintenance team) to get it fixed. By the time someone showed up the following day we were headed out to an event at 2:30pm. Was nice to come back to have heat for our last night.Definitely a place for guys weekend or bachelor party, not exactly a spot to pick with kids or females that need space to get ready functionally.

We were very comfortable here and the location in the midst of beautiful beaches, golf and hiking was very enjoyable. Close enough to Traverse City for us to take advantage of the restaurants.

Great Stay!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant stayed for a week. There was plenty of space for all of us. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Great location for what we wanted to do. Near hiking trails, beaches, and various towns. About 30 minutes out of Traverse, which was fine for us. It was quiet and the people you met there were friendly. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip!

Peaceful setting

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If your looking for a peaceful serene getaway this may fit your need. The location was peaceful and relaxing. Located by a soon to be walking, biking park that overlooks Lake Michigan. Two beautiful golf courses within walking distance are available. Natural landscape gives a peaceful feeling. The condo was sufficient and clean. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths made it nice for the 4 of us staying there. The condo units were built in the 1970"s so this unit was a bit dated , however nice enough for us. We needed to use the floor fans in the lower bedrooms and one upper bedroom as the individual windows AC units did m other provide cooling or were not available. There are several TVs however could only get the one to work in the living room. The internet was not available until the 3rd day of our stay. However we did not watch TV but wanted to make this known. We also could not secure the lowered level sliding access door. This was reported.

We will let the owners know about things that need to be fixed. There was an update, but they used new items to look nice with the overall vibe of the 70's condo. Every year more gets done, but we think it is pretty groovy!

Nice 4 bedroom condo

Nice condo. Only negative is no bathroom on the main floor. If there are senior citizens in your group who can’t do stairs easily, I would stay at a hotel.
