Hi Misty, thank you so much for the 10/10 rating! We are thrilled to hear that our communication and the cabin amenities—especially the hot tub and pool table—helped make your New Year's vacation a great one. We aim to make the check-in and check-out process as seamless as possible, so we're glad that stood out to you. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to have you back again soon!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear that you found our cabin beautiful and comfortable during your stay. It sounds like you had a truly memorable experience spotting bears and enjoying the hot tub. What a wonderful way to connect with nature! We're delighted that you had a great time exploring the mountain surroundings and that our cabin provided the perfect backdrop for your getaway. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another amazing stay in the future!

Thank you so much for the kind words—we’re really glad the cabin was cozy and a great fit for your stay! ❤️ We do appreciate you pointing out the driveway. Mountain terrain can make some of our drives a bit steep, and we always recommend extra caution, especially with motorcycles. That said, your feedback is very helpful and we’ll definitely take a closer look to see where improvements can be made. We’re so glad you still had a great trip overall, and we’d love to have you back again—hopefully with a setup that works better for your bikes next time!

Thank you so much for the detailed review—we’re really glad you enjoyed the cabin, the location, and had such a memorable stay (bear sightings and all! 🐻). We especially appreciate your feedback about the driveway. Since your visit, we’ve had it resurfaced, and it’s now much easier to access the cabin. We’re always working to improve the experience for our guests, so that input was very helpful. Thank you as well for mentioning the comfort of the beds and that the cabin had everything you needed. We’ll take a look at the shower pressure and appreciate you noting the creaking—it can happen with authentic cabins, but we’re always mindful of guest comfort. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would love to host you again anytime!

We are happy that you found our cabin to be clean & nice. This cabin is in a bear sanctuary which is why there aren't garbage cans. Trash must be brought to the trash compactor which is not far from the cabin. Directions to it are on the refrigerator AND on the directions that we sent to you to find the cabin with a note about why you must do this. Reading your paperwork is a must when renting a cabin. Most people enjoy knowing that there are bears around and can't wait to get to see them. Our photos clearly show the gap in the fence on both sides of the hot tub so it is no secret that it is not completely surrounded. We will double check for mold/mildrew but that is not the sort of thing that we typically miss. If it is there, we apologize and will take care of it. We do ask that guests load the dishwasher and start it so that we can empty it while cleaning. There is a lot more to cleaning and preparing a cabin for a guest than just doing dishes. Especially with COVID, we do not feel it should be required that our staff have to clean a guests dirty dishes. The pool table has plenty of room to aim except for one small corner. There is a short cue to use in that section. We are sorry that this cabin is not your favorite and invite you to enjoy one of the many other 1000's of cabins in the area.
