The quiet, sunny edge-of-village location is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Guests can enjoy over 100 km of hiking trails and thrilling mountain biking routes in the Bernau high valley. Restaurants and supermarkets are just 200 m away, making daily essentials easily accessible. The apartment includes central heating, a shared sunbathing area with barbecue, play equipment, and a garden with comfortable seating. Leisure options include table tennis and table football.

Families will appreciate the children’s bed and high chair. Parking is available, and a connected 8 m² garden house with a small fitness room is accessible during snow-free months—adding a wellness touch to this scenic Black Forest escape.

Please note that as of 1 March 2026, a local tourist tax of €3.50 for adults (14+) and €1.30 for children (ages 6–13) will apply. This mandatory fee is payable upon arrival and is not included in the initial booking price.

Das Objekt ist ein für die Gegend typisches Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was an der Innenausstattung der Räumlichkeiten zu sehen ist. Ansonsten für Kinder optimal, es gibt viel im und ums Haus zu spielen und entdecken. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung. Bäcker, Apotheke, Frisör, Sparkasse, Volksbank sowie gastronomische Einrichtungen vorhanden.
