Très bon logement pour séjour courte ou longue durée Positive: L’emplacement, la surface, la facili

Very good accommodation for short or long-term stays The location, surface area, ease of check-in and availability by message are real strengths. The accommodation is located close to a metro station, in a quiet area, with excellent soundproofing - an important factor, as this is not the case for all the flats. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Always provide an extra sheet, even when there are two travellers who are not necessarily a couple, so that you have a sheet for the mattress and a separate sheet and duvet. This was not a problem thanks to the heating, but is always useful for practical reasons.

: The accommodation is spacious and very clean, very complete, dishwasher, toaster, cooker, many pots and pans and cutlery. Even a basic cleaning kit. The bed is spacious and comfortable. The sofa is renewable and there were water leaks on the terrace (balcony) on the left. We coincided with a rainstorm and that was permanently wet, it is a pity and a slovenliness that is not solved.
Response from VrboOwner on 26 Oct 2026
Thank you, Elena, for your feedback. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped accommodation, and that the bed met your comfort expectations. Your positive remarks about the cleanliness and amenities are greatly appreciated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water leaks on the terrace. The issue is being addressed to ensure this does not impact future guests, and we are looking into sofa renewal options as well. Your input is invaluable in helping us maintain and improve our service. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience. GuestReady Team

Wonderful location and a comfy flat : Great location, very nice flat, perfect for one or two people. It’s possible to sleep 4 but the sofa in the living room didn’t look very promising for that and if open it’ll take most of the space there. Modern interior. Clean, calm and quiet at night. Air conditioning. Supermarkets within 2 min (Aldi) to 6 min by foot. Two metro stations within 6 min. My stay was at a great value, I really don’t have any important complaints. A couple of recommendations: a bit more thorough vacuuming to include under chairs, bed, tables, sofa and check the fridge if the previous guest hasn’t left anything that’s for the trash.

Thank you, Margarita, for your thoughtful feedback and perfect rating! We're delighted you enjoyed the convenient location and comfort of the flat. It's fantastic to hear the space suited your needs and that you appreciated the calm environment. We appreciate your suggestions regarding cleaning. Our team will ensure a more thorough vacuuming, including under furniture, and double-check the fridge between stays. We want every guest to have a seamless experience and your pointers help us improve. We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit! GuestReady Team

Negative I requested in advance an early check-in that was never answered. Once, we got to the apart

I requested in advance an early check-in that was never answered. Once, we got to the apartment, I requested an early check-in (again), I got an answer saying that a payment link would be sent soon to pay for the early check-in, payment link that I never received. We waited in front of the apartment a few hours until it was 3pm and we had the access available. Also, the door is really hard to open, it took me a good time to figure that I needed to push really hard to get it open. It's a very nice place, it would have been perfect if it wasn't for this little incident.
Response from VrboOwner on 26 Oct 2026
Thank you, Orielso, for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the early check-in process. This should have been handled more efficiently, and it's regrettable that it led to you waiting for access. Rest assured, improvements will be made to ensure seamless communication and services for future stays. We also appreciate your feedback about the difficulty with the door. This issue is currently being looked into so that future guests can enjoy a smoother experience. We're pleased to hear that you found the place nice overall. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for a more flawless experience next time. GuestReady Team
