Come relax at this beautiful four bedroom home located in the heart of The Moovalya Keys. Great for hanging out with Family and Friends. Enjoy an over sized front patio sitting along the water overlooking your own private 50 foot dock. Put your boat in and leave it there all weekend long. This house is located on the best channel in The Keys. Enjoy the comforts of a large open living room with plenty of seating while playing a game of pool. This is very nice house, not a frat house party pad. If that's what your after, please keep looking. I respect my neighbors and my neighborhood and will not tolerate disrespectful tenants.

Perfect gathering place for family vacation.

The house was large enough to hold nine of us comfortably. We were able to use the kitchen and grill each day. There were plenty of beds for our large group.

Checking in was made easy, the homeowner was very welcoming. This made it more like a home away from home. The home is beautiful and having the boats right off the back patio made it very convenient. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back patio in the morning having coffee. I can say I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

One of the BEST homes in the Keys!

This home was perfect! Spacious home and all you needed. Pool table added more things to do while others were BBQ'in or on the river. Lots of fun and will come back! Communication with owner was the best. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Great Weekend at the river

Had a wonderful family trip to Parker. Property owner Kyle was very easy to get a hold and early check in was a plus. Property is as described and very family friendly.

Annual Family River Trip

We had a great time at this property. It is centrally located in the keys. It had plenty of room for everyone. Nice dock. everything as described. The only issue was freezer not working. I would stay there again.

November Getaway

Awesome property, clean, had all provisions you need in case you forget anything and hosts were very attentive if needed. Will definitely utilize again. Only comment is need tips for pool sticks :)
