Great location right on the river with a dock for your boat. 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom 2 level house. Beautiful deck and waterfront patio. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 with 2 Queens, and 2 with 1 King) and 3 bathrooms (2 in suite bathrooms), leather wrap around couch with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living room, and deck. Downstairs has separate/private entrance with 1 Bedroom with 2 Queens, 1 bathroom, living area with sleeper sofa, and full kitchen as well. Perfect riverfront getaway. You won't be disappointed with this fantastic riverfront property with plenty of parking. Flat screen TVs in every room and living area. Free WIFI. Sorry, there is no Garage access and NO PETS ALLOWED.

This place is beautiful with all the amenities. The views are spectacular. We found everything we needed to enjoy a family get together There is enough parking for 5-6 vehicles. Two things to consider when choosing this place: the downstairs bedroom apartment is separate from the main house, and you must be able to walk up and down stairs to access the main living area The hosts were friendly and responsive You can tell they take pride in ensuring we had a successful stay

We have stayed at this home every time we come to parker and feel like it is home. The new dock buoys are great making it easier to tie off your boat. The owners are great and the house is always spotless. Thanks again for a terrific stay at your home.

Parker Vacation House

The house was very clean, check in was easy and the owners were quick to respond. Great location on the river and perfect for a large group. We had 9 people including kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great location and Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the river was beautiful, home fully equipped for cooking, rooms and adjoining bathrooms exactly what was needed for 8 adults. Also, walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Andy was a very attentive host and answered all questions promptly. Perfect place for a perfect weekend!

Great Property!

Loved this house! It was great for our group of 5, and a spectacular view. We all wished we brought our boats to launch from the docks. Andy was so responsive to anything we needed. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Home on the River

The property was beautiful and comfortable. Only complaint would be the construction noises next door were definitely noticeable in the master bedroom but that's out of their control. Great host, great property.
