The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove sheets and pillow cases from any used beds and place them in the laundry area in the first floor bath.
Place all used towels in the laundry area.
Please make sure all windows are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Make sure if beach umbrellas are used that they are lowered and and securely fastened.
Use the walkway down to the beach, not the stairs.

This home is owned by two familes who have been best friends since the late 1980's. The Pearson Family (Jim & Judy) and the Trice Family (Rick & Debbie) have been renting vacation homes for the past 15 years and are excited to share this home with you, your family and friends. Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property back in 2006 due to its location and wonderful beach access. Not many peices of property like this one between Sandusky and Conneaut, Ohio!
