A good home for a family retreat. The view from the great room is awesome. Kitchen is spacious. Bedrooms all clean and linens fresh. Private beach, just with most Lake Erie beaches, you need your water shoes. We got wings and appetizers from Roman IV. Excellent! Would go again

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only wish was to have stayed longer…It’s a big house in a little village, right on the lake. It is only 15 minutes away from Geneva State Park, The Marina, The Strip, Walmart etc. However, there is a quaint little country store around the corner that provides many things you may need! The stay was perfect for us!

This is a very spacious house in a perfect location right on the lake. The beach is very private and has lots of glass finding opportunities.Everything expected was provided by the host.The home was very clean and well laid out.My family and our dogs had a very relaxing and enjoyable week.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sisters and mother. We were stunned with how beautiful the house and view was. Spent so much time in the hot tub enjoying the view! Will definitely be coming back!

Five Stars! Absolutely Amazing Stay!We stayed here with a group of 15 ladies for a girls’ weekend, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property!The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and decorated so nicely. Every room was thoughtfully put together, and all of the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, and shampoo provided, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our group.The property itself is just stunning! Situated right on Lake Erie, with its own private little beach area, we were able to sit outside and enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over the water. The views were breathtaking! It was also the perfect setting for some beautiful group photos with Lake Erie as our backdrop.There was plenty of room for all 15 of us to spread out, relax, cook, laugh, and enjoy our time together. The game area was another great bonus! This home would be perfect for a girls’ getaway, family reunion, or any large group looking to spend quality time together.Every single one of us had a wonderful time, and we are already talking about coming back!Five stars all the way! Everything about our stay was amazing, and I would highly recommend this property. We absolutely loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our large family! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout in the multiple living spaces. We spent most of the time outside at the nice beach enjoying the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing. It is clean, beautifully decorated with tons of room to spread out and relax. Everyone enjoyed the views of the lake which are unparalleled. The kitchen is large with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. With the bar seating and dining table which expanded to include 8 chairs, everyone was able to enjoy meals together. Having a master bedroom and attached bath on the 1st floor worked out perfectly for the Matriarch of our 3 generation family vacation. The game room on the lower level was a ton of fun. To our surprise the owners created a separate media/movie room which was perfect for the raining day movie nights . The upstairs had plenty of beds to accommodate our family's needs. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The outside space provided plenty of seating, grill amd a fire ring for making smores. The beach front is perfect for sea glass hunting and to relax near the water. We enjoyed opening windows and listening to the lake which lulled me to sleep at night. There is plenty to do in the area. We visited Madison, Geneva On the Lake and Fairport Harbor. The owner was amazing with quick response to questions and concerns. Only one issue occurred when the garbage disposal gave up the ship and went down. All it took was one message sent and repair person come out the next morning to replace it. Our family would absolutely come back again and highly recommend this beautiful home to others.
