Now is your chance to stay in a great two bedroom two bath home priced at a reasonable rate without missing out on the great amenities and opportunities a vacation rental has to offer. Just off the front door is a large deck with a full patio table and chairs to seat four. Great views of Aptos and Rio Del Mar Beach. On the first floor there is a full bathroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and bedroom with a full sliding door giving you additional access from this room directly to the deck. Both bedrooms and stairway have plush carpeting and the remainder of the house has new Pergo style hardwood floors. There are fantastic vaulted ceilings as well as stainless steel appliances and beautifully crafted white kitchen cabinets. There is an additional patio just off of the kitchen as well.
