Amazing view but inferior experience
This apartment is in one of the best locations in Biarritz. The view and location is phenomenal, with great proximity to beaches.
Unfortunately communication was poor so our check in was difficult.
Other issues were that there were no linen or towels included so it was quite a hassle, but the host luckily agreed to provide fitted sheets for the bed. The bed was comfortable.
There is no WiFi. We didn’t even think to check because one always expects WiFi.
The bathroom sink was not well cleaned and the windowsill in the bathroom covered in dirt and spider webs. The wardrobe was covered in dust and dirt. We had to pay for cleaning which was annoying because the apartment was not very clean when we arrived.
The frying pans in the kitchen were old but otherwise it was well equipped except for having no tea towel to dry dishes.
The apartment would be perfect if there was WiFi and if it was cleaner with linen and cleaning included, and it the host got some help to improve communication with non-French guests.
