Wonderful Rental

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful rental. First and foremost the cleanliness was a standout as were the accommodations. It’s perfectly located within Watercolor for easy access to shopping, restaurants and a very simple walk to the beach. No issues with parking. I will definitely rent this home again!

Great place for families!!

Great experience and a summer vacation my family and I will always remember. We have always enjoyed staying in Seaside/Watercolor but this one is going to be hard to beat. The location of this unit puts you so close to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend

Wedding Celebrartion

We were in town to celebrate a family friends wedding. The house was wonderful and just across the street from the park where the wedding was held. The house is within walking distance from shopping and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location

Loved being able to walk to everything in watercolor and seaside. Also loved the community amenities including the trails, pools and private beach access. The place itself was comfortable, spacious and well decorated. The master suite is very luxurious as well. Being on the bottom story was convenient.

Great way to have a 1st Watercolor/Seaside experience

They set the bar high for all our next stays in this area. It was great. They were missing the 2 bikes that were part of the rental but we were able to rent 2 others which made for fun out and about experience pedaling around the beyond adorable neighborhood exploring.

Nice place

Pretty good overall. There were a couple roaches inside and the wristbands and parking passes never made it to us. Nice house and good communication with the property manager though.

Lovely home

Lovely property and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo is clean, spacious and super convenient. Coffee shop and the beach club are two blocks away and an easy walk even with beach bags. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved it. Can’t wait to go back. Our only disappointment was the very early checkout at 10 AM with no ability to access the pool or beach even though our flight home wasn’t until 7 PM. I wish the property management would at least allow beach club access until later in the day. Other than that detail, everything was perfect!!

Beautiful unit/excellent location

This is a bottom floor, 2 bedroom unit in a building of 6 total units. The interior is lovely, very clean and comfortable. We are a family of 5 - 2 teens and one adolescent. Living room has a pull-out couch. The porch is great - spent a lot of time just sitting and people watching as folks walked towards the beach and/or entered the park across the street (which is beautiful). Very quick and easy walk to the beach club/beach. 360 Blue was very responsive when needed. Try not to lose your wristbands - $50 to replace and you really to need them repeatedly at the club. The Watercolor community itself was gorgeous, with charming homes and walking paths. My husband and I spent one early morning walking the path around the lake. All of it is picturesque. The kids enjoyed the town which had the "pop up district", full of food trucks and some shopping. The beach is soft white sand and beautiful water. I'm told the water is normally crystal clear but this week it was light green/turquoise blue (still beautiful) which is how it starts to get in June. Pools were too crowded. Nice pools but one is 21 and up (crowded) and the other becomes like a kiddy pool as a result. Kids still enjoyed the pool area but I preferred the beach. You can set up your own tent and chairs if you want to the side of the club chairs which isn't terribly far ( 100 yards- maybe less). Really is everything was pretty close to perfect.

October 2021 Stay

We loved staying at this condo! We have been coming to WaterColor with our family and staying in various houses for the past few years. The location is perfect to walk or bike wherever you wish. We enjoy biking all the beautiful trails and playing tennis. See you again next spring!

Amazing location!!

This was our first time busting watercolor and we lucked out with this condo. The location was amazing, walking distance(with 3 kids) to the beach club and the cutest park across the street for the kids to run and play soccer while we watched from the screened in porch. If you are cooking you will need to bring your own spices as they had none stocked in the cabinets. Can’t wait to book again next year!

Amazing location. Condo is nice. Wifi is a little slow and had a few early season issues with dishwasher not working and tv remote not working but all was corrected in a timely manner.

I think this was my third stay. Awesome as usual. Clean, spacious and the location is the best. TV was difficult to figure out and I won’t tell you how many days it took to watch normal television. If I had thought about it at the time I would have replaced the batteries in the remote(s) as they still have the Asian starter batteries that typically don’t last long. As a suggestion maybe add a couple of umbrellas to the coat closet as they would have come in handy and it’s not something I usually travel with. Other than that....simply wonderful.

First stay in Watercolor

This property was very comfortable and in a great location! This was my first time to stay at Watercolor and I did not know the beach access locations and beach chair situation. It would have been nice to have better answers to my questions when I called on the phone and talked to 360 Blue. I did not like the chair location that I paid for and I would have brought my own chairs if I knew that was an option.

Loved the condo! Location, location, location was terrific, especially with little kids. Condo very clean and comfortable. Do need instructions for TV. Cell service was spotty at times. Loved the shower, tub combo. Planning our next trip!

Condo and location great. Service great. Master bed a little firm for me but wife liked it. Beds in other bedroom a little short for grown boys. Overall very happy. Only real complaint is the beach chairs at butler Van ness beach. They were stacked in there like cordwood. You guys did call beforehand and mention crowded. Not prepared for the extent. Will not do that again. Either rent in watercolor chairs or set up my own on Grayton Beach. That was a waste of money. Overall very satisfied and appreciate your service.
